London is my top choice. Next choice between a modern and much bigger Vice (like all of the sprawl of Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm, Everglades, etc) or something on the US Mexico border with multiple cities (San Antonio, Tijuana, San Diego, Houston). I would be interested in Chicago or DC as well but in the vase of DC I worry that it might get muddied up due to all the federal stuff there... i.e. would you have to assasinate congressmen or do jobs for CIA or FBI... I personally think they should stir clear of that kind of thing and stick to the gritty underworld story or at the most extreme SA style wackiness.
Vice City (Miami), eeeeeeeee yeah! P.S. Evene if first trailer released we really don't know much sh*t about GTA V, and you're already thinking about GTA VI? Man, give it a rest !

Chicago. Not just because I live there But I think if they re-do Vice City and maybe the rest of San Andreas first, then going someplace new and different from the previous two afterward would be nice, and I think it would make a good setting. I suppose you could throw in Detroit (even though it's quite far from here) and include countryside in-between to have an entire Midwestern setting.
