Hey, I just got an idea for this project.

We can have a special section at the end of the episode, where the designers can decide which mission comes there.
We give them 5 choices and the one with the most votes gets a walkthrough in the episode.

Just an idea.
What do you guys think?

Myself have an idea for this which would be interesting, in my opinion.

Why not create a small segment/section about every designers? In the first show, we could discuss of Dutchy3010, in the second one of PatrickW, in the third one of guib, and so on. It'd be like a sort of biography (or whatever you spell it.) We could add info on like what they did to help Design Your Own Mission to grow, mention their missions, and other things like their ups and downs, etc.

I agree with Shiva that noob of the week is a bad Idea. It's better if good examples are given rather than humiliating someone. The noob of the week can even drive new members away instead of attracting them and that's a bad thing for this already small community.

I gave you a mission of the week, right?

Just one thing converse,

You gave us nothing.
Nothing at all...
No clue, no information, no...well, just nothing.

If you look at the magazine,

Everyone knows what they need to do.

I think before the 1st issue,

They talked about everyone's job.
Talked about what they wanted it to become.
They gave ideas.
They asked questions
They made agreements.

Am I right Nitesh?

You just said "This is the name of your job, you need to this (but no details, just general) and you need to send it to me."

I think a leader should do things like,

Say exactly what everyone needs to do.
Ask people if they understand everything what they need to do.
And be a leader (do things I mentioned), not act like one (do nothing, like you're doing now.)

If you can't improve that, then I don't see the same future for this as the DYOM mag.

But, maybe I'm wrong.
Maybe you did all of that (in PM of course)
Maybe you just forgot me.

But I doubt it.

So try to be more like a leader, instead of waitin' till people do things for you.

No offense, just my opinion about this.
