 Unhandled Exception

 Can't start Vice City

For along time now, whenever I try to play Vice City I get a message come up saying "Unhandled Exception". The game use to work but one day it stopped, I reinstalled it and ran as administrator but both didn't work. I have an image below to show you:

I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit and I use an ATI Radeon HD 5700 Series.

Delete the gta_vc.set file from the User Files folder and run the game in Win 98 compatibility mode.
