You just said that he wasn't, but if there's an investigation going on, then that must mean that whether he was or not is in question. You supposedly have the video proof that he wasn't, or that it failed, so just put it up here for everyone to see.

So you protect other clans from mafias, but you're allied with the Vallones, which is a mafia. UCO is corrupt. Why are we on your blacklist, for assassinating a target of a mafia that you're allied with bu supposed to be against, or because the assassination supposedly didn't count, which you have proof of but won't show? Us being on your blacklist shouldn't mean you can't put the video up, if anything that's a good reason to do so. We're willing to cooperate, but you don't control us.

False Cheat. UCO (as an organization) does not currently hold any good relation to any mafia family. If there is any personal relation between UCOAgent and the Vallones, I would like to know about it but do not require that.
UCO is not as corrupt as you say it is. We do help people out even when they are least expecting it. So watch yourself, we've provided you with assistance more than you think.
If anyone is corrupt it is yourself, simply because you don't trust anybody and don't hold a true alliance with anybody.
Check yourself before you wreck yourself, that's all I have to say.
But on a serious note, SCAR likes everbody. Even Big time mafia's and other Street gangs. Sometimes Cheat doesn't have the right wording when in a deep conversation.

Sometimes it's easier for certain people to get points whenever there are more people for them to shoot at. Reaper Vallone knows he'll lose if he does a 2v2, or even a 1v1 (which I'm sure he already lost against myself if I remember correctly). It's one reason why we usually win against people whenever they refuse to allow us more than (typically) three people into a deathmatch lobby. They might have 12 people, but with our skill and training, we can easily dodge them trying to kill us and just mow them down easier since there are more of them. Being out numbered can sometimes be a good thing depending on the situation.
Quad Man - Uh, I think you messed up on your smilies there. But I'll keep you two's suggestions in mind. Talk to Travis about it, he works with the ranks more than I do. Also, this goes to both you and Salvation. Please remind Zero to post in this topic so I can put him on the roster, because he PM'd me on here saying that he signed up, but he hasn't actually posted in our topic yet.
My computer has been screwed for awhile, which is why I haven't been active on the forums, but I should be getting a (awesome) new one soon, likely today or tomarrow. Once I get a new computer, I'll likely be updating our front page. Our list of allies and enemies will be the first thing to be changed and updated. Be sure to stay on the look out everyone. We're going to be trying to get involved into the forums again.

The C.I.A isn't our foe, it's the other way around. Atleast it was before, I don't know if it is now. They had us listed as enemies. It had us a bit confused too, but government stuff can be confusing sometimes, so I didn't question it. It's complicated how things connect so we didn't pay too much mind to it.
