LCPD CONFIDENTIAL FILE Police officer Brandon Mahew age-22
Mr. Mahew grew up on the streets of Liberty City. He lived in Bohan wth his mother and father. His mother was a good woman who cared for her son, and his father was a drunk, a gambler, and an addict. He used to beat Brandons mother without mercy each night, but one night Brandons father was too far gone. He hit Mahew's mother with a baseball bat, and broke her neck. Immediatly after he turned to find Brandon standing in the door way, he charged at him. Brandon ran into the closet in the hallway where he strugled to hold the door shut. He had knocked a box over, and a pistol rolled onto the floor. Mahew then fired 3 shots through the door hitting his father in the neck and chest. Police arrived on scene and found Brandon in the closet. He was then sent to The Algonquin Childrens Home untill age 18. Mahew enlisted into the LCPD at age 21 to stop what happened to him from happening to anyone else.

It has to be 500x150 pixels. To add it, simply put the IMG tags around the URL in the signature. Because it's over-sized, I've re-sized it for you. So, to place it as your signature, simply go here and paste this code in the white text box. | CODE | | [center][img]http://img72.imageshack.us/img72/5100/xm27a.jpg[/img][/center] |

| QUOTE (AoGjr @ Saturday, Apr 21 2012, 13:55) | | hey sorry about this i thought i was gonna be able to come but i forget i am going to a party tonight from 6pm-9pm EST so if you guy are still on sometime after 9 then i'll be able to come | If things start at 20.00-EST like they usually do, you'll be just in time. I'll be on PSN tonight for The Department at about 18.00-EST, so if anybody shows up at any point between then and whatever time I call it a night (probably midnight or 01.00-EST), we'll get the ball rolling for anybody else who may show up later. This, of course, is a worse-case scenario if Clefe doesn't make it to run things.

Roleplay report EMS Log Apr 21st, 2012 |
- Capt. Eric Michaels and Cpl. Jay Edwards responded to the Liberty City Museum of Natural History after a report of a robbery. Michaels met the Art Director, who indicated that a historic vase had been stolen. After reviewing the security footage, the director identified a suspicious person in the section the night before. The suspect had some strange tenancies. After filing their report, the LC Vice Squad suggested an illegal art dealer, Jose Ruiz, would be a person of interest in the case. Michaels and Edwards met Ruiz in his Chinatown warehouse, and located the vase. Ruiz said that a man looking similar to Tony Madden had demanded he buy the vase from him or the dealer would be shot. The man then indicated he would use the money to purchase a boat, but offered no other information. With Tony Madden currently in custody, Capt. Michaels deduced the suspect to be Tyler Madden, a younger brother.
- Police responded to a stolen vehicle report on Union Drive East. RK. Jack T.R. was the first on scene, and pursued the vehicle for several blocks until backup arrived. After successfully disabling the vehicle, the suspect fled on foot, but was apprehended a few blocks away.
- Capt. Eric Michaels and Cpl. Jay Edwards responded to West River Marina for a reported assault. They met with a boat owner who indicated a Madden henchman offered to purchase his boat. When the owner declined, the henchman open fired on the vessel.
- A report of street racing along Topaz Street motivated officers to pull over a black stallion operated by Victor Hancock, a notorious street racer. Hancock attempted to flee, striking Capt. Eric Michaels with his vehicle resulting in a police chase. He was eventually apprehended by Sgt. Alex Petrovic.
- Police responded to a reported drug deal in a construction site on the West side. Upon seeing Capt. Michaels arrive, the dealer open fired while the buyers fled. The suspect then fled on foot. Despite doubling back, the suspect was being tracked by air support, allowing Cpl. Jay Edwards to flank the gunman and disable him.
- Police responded to Pier 45 after shots were fired. As part of their on going investigation, a Madden henchman had stolen a boat docked along the commercial area. Cpl. Jay Edwards was first on scene, but was suppressed by gunfire from the boat, which had already cruised 30 yards from the pier. Other officers soon arrived and returned fire. Capt. Michaels ordered Sgt. Alex Petrovic and Rk. Jack T.R. to commandeer a vessel and pursue the suspect. The chase led to the South side of Algonquin. In an effort to avoid the police, the henchman performed several evasive maneuvers. One such maneuver resulted in the striking of another boat and the henchman's boat flipped. Sgt. Petrovic later killed the henchman as he tried to shoot a fellow officer. Evidence in the stolen boat led investigators to the hideout of Tyler Madden, who was hiding in a mansion in Alderney.
- The operation on the Madden Mansion was fraught with missteps. North Algonquin dispatch announced the operation over the radio, and air support was first on scene to investigate the area. The helicopter got far too close, and an alert Madden opened fired on the aircraft, disabling it before units arrived on scene. Alderney PD Rookie Al Jones was first on location, but proceeded before backup arrived. Rk. Jones engaged in a firefight with Madden along the west side of the house. Despite Madden using an assault riffle, Jones continued to pursue. He was shot down while trying to cross the back yard. Eventually, police surrounded the building, drawing fire from Madden. Officers closed in on Madden, who began firing indiscriminately. Finally, it was Cpl. Jay Edwards who was able to get a clear shot. Madden spotted Edwards and attempted to kill the corporal. Both exchanged fire, wounding the other. Madden was taken into custody and transferred to the local hospital. Edwards was also taken to the nearest hospital and is expected to recover.
- A visit by Vice President Eric Vega became a hostage situation when an unidentified terrorist abducted the political official by hijacking his motorcade vehicle. Department officials responded after secret service officials were unable to. Cpl. Ted Johnson was first to locate the vehicle, but his squad car was disabled by a grenade. Cpl. Jay Edwards and RK. Jack T.R. continued the pursuit, but were forced back due to explosives. The chase eventually reached the North Algonquin housing projects, where the Terrorist abandoned his vehicle and guided the vice president into Building B. Cpl. Johnson, Cpl. Edwards and RK. Jack T.R. approached tactically, storming one of the housing units and securing the vice president without incident. The terrorist had escaped before the police arrived. Rk. Jack T.R. began a search for the suspect as Cpl. Johnson attempted to escort the Vice President from the building. The official refused, demanding a gun and citing his Vietnam experience. Rk. Jack T.R. and Cpl. Johnson began searching the upper levels for the suspect, yet the terrorist had somehow gotten behind them. He killed the Vice President with a shotgun to the back, then surprised Cpl. Johnson seconds later. After a firefight in the hallway, RK. Jack T.R. was able to subdue the terrorist.

Unwritten Report RP events that happened behind the scenes. Unless a character had direct experience, these activities are unknown. | - During a traffic stop of Victor Hancock on Topaz St. a Department in-car camera seemed to have recorded Sgt. Alex Petrovic drawing his weapon and discharging a round into the rear tire of Mr. Hancock's vehicle. A chase then ensued, resulting in the destruction of Mr. Hancock's vehicle by some type of unknown explosion. While there are no details in the submitted police report, the report from the fire department indicated the explosion was external in nature. This prompted an unknown official in the Department to investigate the matter, copying the footage and documents for unknown reasons.
- The death of the Vice President has shined a spotlight on the department. City, State and Federal investigations have begun.

Five people was awesome. The police chases were great, and the raid on the Madden home and the housing projects were epic. The way we raided the housing projects was a huge improvement on the Madden Mansion too. More coordination and strategy. It all went to hell a few minutes later, but it looked good. Remember that your actions have consequences. If you get killed, your character dies, so be cautious. And if you illegally use your weapon, it will be noticed. I know this is GTA, so the nature of the game is to kill everything. You need to show some professionalism out there. Shooting a street racer's tires during a routine traffic stop will get you noticed. GOUSN1776, this is a police RP, so all new folks start as cops and learn the ropes. As a criminal, your job isn't to escape, your job is to create a realistic scenerio and play it out as a crook would, not as a GTA player would. I hope you keep playing and enjoy. Alaannnn, you did great without a mic. Lets hope you can get that fixed for next time. Great job today guys.
