I know they are still testing the beta version, but I was waiting for better graphics. Something like Crytek games if they could do it.

Looks a bit dull,but I don't care,I can't wait to climb on a tree and jump on some templar with my tomahawk.The story seems to be interesting.Can't wait to see what's up with desmond.I want a futuristic assassin's creed in desmond's time.Dodging machineguns and assassinating people from the metalic structures on roofs and climbing skyscrapers.

I didn't see anyone talking about this yet so my apologies if it has been brought up. Apparently an author is suing Ubisoft and his lawsuit is asking that AC3 be delayed, along with 5 million:

I read the lawsuit and it has excerpts from the book. He does describe the "Link device" as being a modded dentist chair type of thing... I just hope this doesn't delay AC3 or I will be pissed! I can understand him wanting a cut if they really did steal from him, but I just don't understand the point in delaying the new game.

I'm sure it's just an idiot who think he is a genius have unique ideas from people and want to make some money by suing another people work

Ubisoft has set their terms for unlocking the full gameplay video. They want a total number of 1,776,000 social website interactions, so that the full video gets unlocked (here). In other words, they want you to help them in promoting the game, so that they give you a video. That's funny.
