If they start with his birth ala Ezio it could easily take place of 40 years. A bit cheap to say the game takes place of 40 years when you experience the first couple of decades briefly, but still 40 years nonetheless.

I think I remember reading that it takes place between the 1760s and 1783 when the war ended. So I think Connor wont be that old by the time the game ends. But yeah, the first few scenes of him he'll be a child, judging by the screens and concept...

Could that be main antagonist?Does he looks like some of the real historical persons from 18th century?

I think it's Charles Lee. He could be a bad guy, but for all we know he could be an assassin.

The protagonist can't die when we control him. He's memories are passed down through his DNA, it's the f*cking premise of the series. After he gets a woman pregnant, we stop following him, since that is where the DNA memory ends.

That was what I thought as well.

As for the editions. I want the Freedom edition because the name is so corny, but I probably will go with the Join or Die edition because the collector box looks awesome.

And that lost Mayan Ruins single player mission intrigues me, considering there are no Mayan ruins in New England.

FFS! that basically means more bullsh*t future storyline that i dont care about. for me all this future sh*t completely destroys the immersion of the game. instead of the game being deep and complex, it just makes me want to skip whole sections / cut scenes of the game so i can go back into the animus.
