Yeah this game kicks ass, don't understand why San Andreas was more popular. It's better than GTA IV as well. I'm sure GTA V will be okay but I doubt it'll be half as good as Advance, which is without a doubt the greatest game in the series. And Mike has to be the most interesting protagonist of the series, he had so much character and he seemed like the sort of badass you'd want to be.

Who needs voice actors when you have subtitles? It just makes so much sense. They should only have subtitles in GTA V, it's better off without voice actors. Subtitles alone help to read and understand the well-written dialogue more, as the case with Advance. Every single line was just perfect, and the subtitles helped to justify that.

It is not the best, but I like it because it is a part of III era.

III era (GTA3, VC, GTAA, SA, LCS, VCS) is the best of all gta's because of their storyline.

It's not really "The best Grand Theft Auto game ever made" but it kind of takes us back in 1997 if you know what i'm saying and that's the first Grand Theft Auto game. I honestly haven't played this game for a long time actually.
