Denise Robinson is a high-ranking member and the co-leader of the Grove Street Families, one of the five prominents gang in Los Santos, a city tearing itself apart with never-ending gang trouble, drugs and corruptions.
A couple of months before the First Great Gang War, gang's activites become worser and more dangerous. There are no days in Los Santos without gang wars and deaths. On March 13, a shootout between the Grove Streets and Ballas broke out under the highways. Greens blasting reds.
Denise, Sweet, Ryder and Smoke were involved in the shootout. Denise was unknowingly lost her unconciusness in the middle of the fights. She has to act fast to defeat the remaining Ballas and soon she was forced on a journey that takes her across the entire state of San Andreas to take control of the streets.
You guys may think this song was not fit with the mission's theme. But still, I choose this song as the theme song.
A pretty badass song I ever heard!

Today, I'm going to review a mission made by NothingSpecial. They're part of his Denise's Story series. Please click on the link below in order to view the topic and find links to download them: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=499727
Now, it's time for the review,
- Writing:Good. There were very few noticable grammar mistakes. Most of the dialogues were exaggerated by the use of captil letters or repeateduse of certain letters in the word. - Presentation:Very good, The cutscenes used were perfectly focused and timed. Appropriate animations were given to the actors in the cutscenes.
Start of the line - Length:Very good, as it can be done in about 8 minutes. The player, Denise, and the other Groves are in a fight against the Ballas. There are three waves, one is already in the fight. After defeating them, the Groves notice some sharp shooters on the road side above. After taking them all down, some Ballas tough guys jumps from the road and they also have to be killed. After that, an unknown man calls the cops which arrives instantly. The other groves manages to escape leaving Denise in the hands of the cops. - Difficulty:Normal. Even though there are many enemies, the fight takes place in an open area which gives the player a space in case the health starts getting low. Also the large number vf the Groves makes it easier. However, the player has to be careful so that not too many Ballas attack Big Smoke, Sweet and Ryder because they have the must survive property. - Variety:Very good. Characters include Denise, Sweet, Ballas, Big Smoke, Groves, unknown man, Tenpenny, Pulaski and other cops. Cars include police cars and other random cars which were placed in order to provide cover. Weapvns include AK 47, Shotguns and some melee weapons.
Overall the mission was good and full of action. Even though not much of a story is explained, it can be understandable because it's just the first mission. The designer did a good job in the designing of the mission and should keep up with it.
QUOTE (Mission 2 @ 3 and 4 by Nitesh aka AAAAAA)
Hello everyone,
Today, I'm going to review 3 missions made by NothingSpecial. They're part of his Denise's story series. Please click on the link below in order to view the topic and find links to download them: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=499727
Now, it's time for the review,
- Writing:Very good. There were a very few noticeable typos and the text was easy to understand. The dialogues also suited the theme of the mission. - Presentation:Excellent, The cutscenes were perfectly focused and timed. They included a lot of animations and activity which made them very lively.
Homegirl in, Homegirl out - Length:Excellent, as it takes about 14 minutes to complete. Denise is in the cell and realises that Big Smoke is also in the cell next to hers. When an officer comes to give her food, she beats him down and gets out of her cell to free Big Smoke. After a gunfight they reach at the parking basement. They find Sweet and the gang there. The whole gang then goes to Grove Street after a chasedvwn from the Cops. - Difficulty:Hard. There are a lot of officers in and outside the LSPD. The chasedown is also difficult because of the huge number of vehicles chasing them. - Variety:Very good. Characters include Denise, Big Smoke, officers, Sweet and Ryder. Different weapons including the pistol, rifles, SMG's and M14 were used in the mission. Vehicles include the police bikes and cars.
Armed and Dangerous - Length:Long, as it takes about 15 minutes to complete. Ryder goes over to Denise's place and asks her to help him steal guns from the army but she says it's not worth risking their life and they can easily get the weapons from Emmet. As the transaction is taking place between Emmet and Denise, Ryder comes running to them and suddenly the army attacks them. After defending themselves fro the army Denise and Ryder makes there way back to Grove Street. - Difficulty:Very Hard. There are huge waves of army that comes to attack the three. The fight takes place in an enclosed area so it's difficult to escape fro the bullets fired from high accuracy army. A couple of hunters also attack them. - Variety:Very good. Characters include Denise, Ryder, Emmet, and Army. Weapons include SMG, AK 47 and M14, . Vehicles include Hustler, Hunter, Flatbed
The distribution - Length:Very good, as it takes about 8 minutes to complete. Ryder tells Denise that they go deliver the guns to their gang. The last place was at Jefferson's where they are ambushed by the Ballas and have to kill them. They find that they still have some guns to spare so they keep for themselves. - Difficulty:Medium. Most of the mission includes driving around. There is an ambush by the Ballas but most of them carry melee weapons so not a difficult task to kill them. - Variety:Good. Characters include Denise, Ryder, B Dup, LB, Ballas and the GSF. Weapons include baseball bat, SMG's and other melee weapons. Vehicles include Flatbed.
Overall the missions were good and full of action. It is recommended for all those who like challenging missions which have wild gunfights. Also recommended for gangster theme lovers. The designer has put in a lot of effort in the presentation of the mission. The designer did a good job in designing the missions and should keep up with it.

@S-shark : If you suffered a crash after the falling Ballas cutscene... Before you pop all the Ballas accurate shooters down, command Sweet, Smoke and Ryder to follow you. Bring them far far away from the shootout and command them to wait. Make sure they don't follow you when you're trying to kill the Ballas down.
NOTICE
A crash has been reported in the first mission. To fix this problem, read in this post or read in the first post, at the mission section.
