These are the last unique vehicles in GTA LCS that can be obtain.
No need for cheats,cheatdevice or custom cheats.They are just unique color vehicles.

Stretch
Special:EC
Missions:Rollercoaster Ride and The Passion of the Heist

Both of them have the same color as Donald's Limo in Love and Bullets
You can get them by mission fail or passed.It up to you.

You can see it clearly in the pics but the left is the normal color(90,90) and the one in the right is the unique one(1,1).
There are no more unique vehicles in LCS,if there are any i will check but i doubt there are any.

Update:These last 2 stretch's are not EC,just only normal ones,so sorry guys they are not.

Open the garage door and take a look at your new CP/EC Pony just before getting the Forelli Exsess: Here are the teleport cheat for Staunton and Portland as well: #cheat teleport:Front of Portland Garage teleport(1158.42, -261.14, 17.26); #cheat Teleport to Portland Garage inside teleport(1157.71, -269.37, 17.05) #cheat Teleport: Front Of Staunton Garage teleport(297.10, -440.19, 26.02) #cheat teleport to Staunton Garage inside teleport(298.47, -428.13, 26.03); The last 2 are a bit more difficult but still obtainble as well.

Not with the cheatdevice,but with the custom cheat''in vehicle''.It in the first post of the topic.
Copy it in a notepad,then put in to the folder ''cheats'' on the memory.

Sorry for the last 2 strech i thought they are EC but since donald's strech is PC not EC.
I have found 1 more PP vehicle

PCJ-600
Special:PP
Mission:The Whole 9 Yardies

This one is a simple bike to get.Just pass of fail the mission.All 4 bike's are PP.
Here is the pic:
I double check the bike and it is PP without cheats or cheatdevice but doesn't have any more properties.

I found another PP vehicle in AWOL Angel,it is the Barracks OL it is PP and the Barracks OL from Munitions Dump is a unique vehicle like the ballot van because in VCS you can get it from Skywolf side-mission very easy and it is different from the Barracks OL,it's called ammotruk in VCS.
In LCS the normal Barracks OL doesn't have the ammo crates in the back and it is a shame not to include it in the unique vehicle section.

Good news guys jam8tone found that the is a crusher glitch in GTA 3,although Stea1thman made a video on how to make them in ''GTA 3 obtain EC/EP Securicar part I'',the glitch is present in LCS as well but only get it with one ingame cheat''people follow you''.

Even the properties the the vehicle had before are not deleted.
I used the EC/BP/PP Patriot to make the pics.Also the bumpers are black like the Black Patriot in AWOL Angel(0,0) and yellow patriot(6,0).

First activate the cheat ''people follow you'' and park it like this near the crusher:
Just before the crane takes patriot : hit the triangle and jack the ped in the passanger seat : when the crane got the patriot.
After you are in the driver seat the crane will drop the patriot and it is DP.
Strange it can go in buildings and fall to grey hell.
Do not get out of it even if you forgot something.

Take it to the garage : and have one vehicle inside the garage.
This is why you can get back inside of the patriot:
You can't even push it with a vehicle inside.
Let the door close and it will make the patriot drivable again with DP as well.

Here is the proof:

The crusher glitch won't work on big vehicle like the tank,flatbed,coach or barracks ol,not even the boats.

For the Maverick it can make them DP as well but must leave in the area to pick the crane up and using the custom cheat"in vehicle'' to get inside and ''teleport to ST safehouse''.

Let the crane drop inside because it won't crush it,even if it's is dropped inside it is DP.
Teleport to ST safehouse wait for the cheatdevice to appear on the screen and hit some stuff.

You can even make a CP vehicle from Car Salesman but it is not PP.Bikes i don't think they work to make them CP.I made Torini's Maverick a DP one and the Pure Black Maverick as well.The properties that was before won't get deleted,even heavy ones or SH one.

New update on crusher glitch.DP vehicle can be made without ingame cheat ''people follow you'' just only with with the Avenging Angels ped.Just copy from the first pic and do the same and it will make the vehicle DP.The mavericks only work with custom cheats ''in vehicle'' and teleport to Staunton Safehouse.Even the Yankee work to be made DP.Mule or Triad Fish Van won't work because of the door being to big and ped gets out.Securicar,Firetruck or any larger won't work.

Hey I dont know if this has a unique color or ust a glitch but I restart my game and when i reached the mission A VOlatile Situation on the third wave the Sindaccos will ride on a patriot right?But this time the patriots color is like purplish(My eyes are still good)WHen the mission ends i grabbed the patriot and save it in my safehouse and saw if its just a glitch but it is still purplish can you please confirm these?DOnt know if its a Unique Color Vehicle or its just a Color Glitch..

Well,the patriot is a EC brown(chocolate color)40 with pink color 42.I don't think there is a purple color on this type of patriot,even jam8tone check all vehicles for EC as well.I can't say it is a glitch color but i will check but i don't think it is,unless you use a custom cheat for that.
I only use the cheats or cheatdevice to get special vehicles from the missions not unofficial EC vehicles nor make special vehicles.

The same thing happened to me in the mission Panlantic Land Grab. The white Bobcat with brown bumpers that Avery Carrington drives in was light blue. I Reloaded the file and played the mission again several times and the Bobcat was allways light blue. My garages where full so I didn't save it (Which I regret now). I have not been able to replicate it with another save file.
I guess it is a rare glitch that somehow gives a certain special colored vehicle another color.

BTW, which vehicle(s) did you have in your garage when this happened to you?

Dude I remember getting that unique red PCJ 600, I just didn't realise it was unique at the time. I completed the mission and was like "oooh this looks nice" so I took it haha. I also had the Manchez which you get after the Bumps & Grinds mini mission, I think...

Wow, this seems to be a really cool discovery. I just read about this now and from the looks of it, the Patriot did look like it's damageproof.

Has anyone tried crashing it against another vehicle or a solid structure just to thoroughly check if it is still immune from damage?
I'll check this out myself later anyways and if the damagrproofing can be confirmed as permanent, then I'll add this to my gamefaqs guide with proper credits to those involved

@GTA_LOCO actually if you did like in the video just before getting it to the garage it can go through building and vehicles.Great way to make HP vehicles to not get destroyed by hitting other vehicles.

The fireproof street racing motorbikes are not unobtainable on the PS2, as you guide claims. You can get them with the same method, you use for the fireproof street racing cars but with a few adjustments:
Start the race and wait at the start/finish line for the racing bikes to come back and park there. The bikes are easier to push if there are no drivers on them, so you should get the driver off, of the bike you want, before you do anything else. Get off your bike and quickly steal a car. Get back on your bike to reset the 30 seconds timer. Get back into the car and ram the driver off the bike. Park on top of him so he can't get back on his bike (but don't kill him) and get back on your own bike.
You can't push the bike with your own bike, so you have to steal another car and use that to push with, but you have to keep getting back on your own bike to reset the timer.
Push the bike to a seaside location with shallow water. As with the street racing cars, depth and timing is critical when pushing the bike into the water. Not only that, the bike might slide deeper into the water after the misson have ended so you have to be quick about mounting it and driving it out of the water.

Confirmed! DP property is permanent applying the crusher glitch! Thank you Gabriel for sharing this as well as to TheGlitcher123100 for the video and most especially to gabybosskingofspeed & jam8tone for discovering the trick.

I'll update the guide with this latest soon, so in effect, all the BP/EP/FP cars in the salesman mission now become CP cars! Of course, a new section on how to DP vehicles would also be added, all credited to you guys.
