I found a method to get the explosionproof Securicar from Shore Side Redemption without cheats:
Get into the police car found behind the police station and drive over to the yellow marker but don't drive into it. Park the police car next to the marker and push the car into position. Steal some other vehicles and park them at a distance from the police car.
What you have to do is to blow those vehicles up, hopefully resulting in a wanted star, at the exact moment where you have entered the police car and the screen fades out. I recommend using the rocket launcher.
After the cutscene you will see the Securicar in front of you but you will also be instructed to lose your wanted level. Ignore the Securicar and wait for your wanted level to clear or grab a police bribe. Enter the yellow marker again. A second Securicar will be in front of you and you should see two blue dots on your radar. Follow the second Securicar to the ambush. After the cutscene the second Securicar will drive away but the first one should be holding there at the ambush. Wait in front of it and headshoot the driver after you have failed the mission. You might get a wanted star so quickly get in it and floor it.

Actually BlackGuard i did found it much earlier before you.After i saw how to get the heavy firetuck without cheat i did the same as your method above.Thanks for explained the method before me,i wanted to update the topic but i wanted to do as i progress the story and also i sent the same method to jam8tone after i got it only just my method was with running over 3-4 peds before entering the yellow market.This method is easier just by running over peds that using a rocket launcher.I didn't know that you can get it like that.I sent some more unique vehicles to jam8tone and wait for him to make some vids.Thanks anyway BlackGuard for the method.

That's just typical. I guess I'll never find a special vehicle that no one else have found.

By the way, the EP Securicar from Shore Side Redemption isn't heavy. Neither is the FP one from Cash Clash. At least not on the PS2.

Well these are the unique vehicles that had been found by jam8tobe and me:
The heavy/EP Speeder from The Sicilian Gambit
The Heavy/SP/EC/PP Yellow Faggio from Stop The Press
The PP Sindacco Argento from Taking the Peace.
And that if about the last vehicles on the game.I want to try something with one more unique color vehicle in the game and that will be the last of the unique ones.

The FP Black Kuruma is his own method but you can still get it with just the water level cheat set to 11.0m when entering the yellow marker and the rise the level to 12.4m when Vinny says i will see you back real soon and exiting the Kuruma completing mission and preventing the FP property to be disable and without using mission select.

I will post more updates very soon on 2 possible unobtainable vehicles.

Here is the 2 possible unobtainable vehicles:
1.The Pure Black Maverick from Caught in the Act
2.The Maverick from The Sicilian Gambit in the part of the rail-shooting.

The Pure Black Maverick is obtainable with the cheatdevice and 1 ingame cheat(blow up vehicles).It will only work on Euro version of GTA LCS(unpatched) like this method:

After the cutscene and get the deputy mayor raise the water level to 11.0m like this:

Once you get get to the Portland Bridge shot the gunners from the Reefer and the speeder:
After Sal say the Secret Service is coming by helicopter raise the water to 19.9 m like this:
After the Speeder is above the street use the blow up vehicles cheat to fail the mission make sure that the maverick is on land and not on sea like this:
If your on the unpached version of gta lcs you will still be alive and well but not teleported back to the ferry terminal.
Spawn a Tank a push it to the safehouse:

When at the garage place the maverick like this:
Jam the door with the bike:
Push the maverick in to the garage:
You can also shoot the bike with the cannon to force the door to close.

Go and see your new Pure Black Maverick but also something to share:

The Pure Black Maverick is the same as the Black Traffic color cheat that i spawn to checked if the color look alike is the exact same color(0 body color,0 stripe color).
You decide.
I am going after the second maverick from the rail-shooting in The Sicilian Gambit.

New unique color discovered:

Pure White Bobcat with white bumpers
Mission:Bringing Down The House
Special:Unique Color

This one i found that has a unique color different from white and brown bumpers bobcat by mistake.I left the black traffic cheat on did this mission.Placed all bomb in the tunnel and saw that the bobcat didn't change it's color.
Unique color vehicles doesn't change the color and the color for the white on white bobcat is color base 1 and any color from normal bobcat doesn't look alike.
There are different shades of white in this game.

New info on the maverick from The Sicilian Gambit,not the black and white one the one in the rail shooter part.This maverick won't follow Sal's speeder but it will follow you using the in vehicle custom cheat.I don't know if it will follow you to Staunton but i will try to see.

This is one more maverick that it can be obtainable,one from rail-shooter part of the Sicilian Gambit.
I don't know if it's the last special vehicle from GTA LCS but i will still check.
This maverick is a huge pain to get it because you only using the custom cheat ''in vehicle'',the water level cheat,hover cars cheat,a tank a lot of practice and luck.
Trust me guys,just getting in to the garage is the hard part because the only direction with the tank is forward and you see and it has double damage(can last much more damage than a normal one).

Make sure you leave a tank the pier and raise the water level to 5.0m:


When Sal say's take out the helicopter raise the water level to 14.0m to drown the Sicilians that are shooting from it and lower the water back to 12.5m:


When Sal is driving the boat you will have to beach it on land like this by lowering the water lever:

You can see that no one is on the maverick.

After that activate the custom cheat ''in vehicle'' and you will be teleported back to the tank and activate the hover cars cheat on the cheatdevice:

You can't get out of the tank or turning it off the custom cheat because you will be teleported back to the speeder.

Go back to the maverick not straight ahead but from the side to not get it like this:

Weird enough it can go thru buildings and fences.

Now since the maverick will follow you and not sal's boat glide it like this:



When your near to the lower part of the bridge in Fort Staunton make sure it take's this route:
Make sure it doesn't hit any traffic because it will simply make the maverick go thru the ground and you have to get it out from the side of the shore.

When the maverick is close to your safehouse, and destroy it with the cannon:


Now here the hard part you will only have one direction with the custom cheat and hover cars cheat and get it exact like this:

Don't worry about sal's boat because he will be on shore with no one shooting at him.
You will have to practice to get this maverick before you can actually attempt to get it this mission because you can get out of it and no vehicles in the garage.

Push the maverick like in the picture and get out: You will have to use the cannon of the tank to get it like this and have luck to get it without the using a bike to block the door open.

Fail the mission by destroying that tank with blow up cars cheat.
Go back to you safehouse and check your new maverick:
It has double damage but it still can blow up like normal one.

I think this are the last unique vehicles that you can get from gta lcs:
1.The PP Police Car from The Shore Side Redemption that jam8tone informed me.
2.The FP/EC Kuruma from Home Sweet Home can be obtain just with the water level from the cheatdevice set to 10 to 11 m and when Vinnie's get out raise the water to 14m and completing the mission and preventing the FP property been deleted.
3.Possible obtainable CP/EC Maverick from The Calm Before The Storm that TheGlitcher123100 found.I think is one time only glitch.

4.Heavy/EP Speeder from The Sicilian Gambit without cheats.Just kick Sal in to the boat or make him jump on board and take him to Staunton.

I also you can obtain on VCS FP Racing vehicles with the water level cheat and Gonzales Jetmax it has the heavy property an you can get it by shooting him with a sniper from far away.

Hey guys i found a way to get stuck vehicles in to the garage,but i will post the method and the custom cheat as well some time later.I may have found 3-4 stuck vehicles.

Here are the 4 stuck vehicles that can be obtainable with custom cheats.

First i want to say even if it's stuck in the ground,once you take them to your garage they will be drivable again and they are only obtainable with custom cheats.I learn that from VCS.
Some of the properties can be deleted from the cars but there will be some left or not.

The stuck vehicles are:
1.Stretch
Special:PC/PP/FP
Mission:Love & Bullets

The limo is stuck in the ground in the first wave and it is BP/FP/EP.Snipe Donald to fail the mission.
Use custom cheat ''in vehicle'' to pop in the passanger seat and open the door like this:


Get in and use Teleport :Front of Staunton Garage like this:

Make sure that the garage is empty and have near 2 vehicles to force the door to close.

Now use teleport to Staunton Garage inside like this:

After that put a vehicle inside(a bike is good) get another vehicle to force the door to close like this:

The garage will eat the BP/EP properties but strangely the FP won't.

2.Pony
Special:CP/EC
Mission:Night of the Livid Dreads

This is the first CP vehicle in Staunton before Rough Justice that it was unobtainable on normal gameplay because it is stuck,but can be obtainable using teleport cheats.

After killing all the Sindaccos go to the pony : and use the custom cheats''in vehicle'' and you will be like this inside: and open the door.

Raise the water level : and fail the mission like this:

After that lower the water level back to normal and teleport in front of Staunton Garage like this:
You can also use teleport to Staunton Garage inside but i used ''step through wall'' like this: ,to you will get in to the garage: get a vehicle inside and get another to force the garage door to close.
Open the garage door and take a look at your new CP/EC Pony just before getting the Forelli Exsess:

Here are the teleport cheat for Staunton and Portland as well:

Originally i thought this pony will be the second CP like the nr.2 pony but still it will only be Heavy.I will try again to see if i get it like CP.

After getting control of Paulie's car get back to the Hospital and try to ram it.It is CP and stuck.
Raise the watel level and fail the mission
This one is the problem one.You will not be able to get out but i will show you how:

Teleport back to the safehouse: and teleport inside the garage:
To get out do the same way as the Hellenbach combining ''in vehicle'' and ''everyone leave vehicle'' to get out.
Get another vehicle to force the door to close and you will have a new EC/Heavy Pony

These are the stuck vehicle that can be obtain and i will check as well for others.

its like in vc you put 4 cars but 5th you cant put and 1 car will be dissaper and it will be 3 cars
