Hi,guys i'm about to finish gta lcs and i found some special cars and bike's using a EdisonCarter's Cheat Device and i what to ask you this:
Is it wrong to get special vehicles with a cheatdevice or wrong to get vehicles with cheat?

Obtainable Vehicles:

1.White Pony with white bumper
Special:Unique color
Mission: Snappy Dresser

The way to get it is to fail the mission by using the blow up cars cheats.This will not destroy your car that you are sitting in.
Get a firetruck or a tank,go pick up your camera and head to casa's delly.Drive in the yellow marker and start the custscene and imedialty tipe in the ''blow up cars'' cheat just before he enter's the pony.
There a 2 different scenarious :
1.The mission is failed saying that casa is dead and the wrecked pony is near his delly or
2.The game duplicats a new pony with casa in it and the wrecked pony is behind him.Just go near him am fail the mission.Sometimes the pony is upside down and start to catch fire.Leave it to destroy because it still be there after.

2.Navy Blue Yankee
Special:Unique Color,Heavy
Mission:A Volatile Situation

It is unobtainable,but now obtainable using only gravity set to 4-5.0g and ''in vehicle'' custom cheat to pop up in the passenger seat and pressing triangle openning the door of the driver's side and pop back in the passanger and turn the custom cheat off to pop in front of the yankee.Just jack the driver out and get in it.After that set the gravity back to 1.0g and go to the ferry terminal and dump it in to the water.Assuming that the infinite health is on type in the cars drive on water to pop back up but there is a problem.The problem is that you will fall to grey hell but you will pop back up on the street.
Don't forget that the doors are closed and if you get you the doors are lock and you have to try again with the custom cheat.
I'll put the custom cheat later in the description.

3.Black and white Banshee
Special:Unique Color,Heavy
Mission:The Trouble with the Triads

Using the same method and the Navy Blue Yankee with the custom cheat ''in vehicle''.
You have to fail to get it's heavy property.After failing the mission drive to the garage and save.No tank,no pushing,easy.

4.Chrome Red PCJ600
Special:Unique Color,BP,FP or EP,FP
Mission:Biker Heat

This is Wayne's bike and easy to miss.It's has a unique color that is diferrent color from other pcj 600.The top and bottom are both red you can say it's chrome red like the underground street racnig pcj-600.
Here are the difference of color:

5.White Sanchez
Special:Unique Color
Mission:Biker Heat

Near to Wayne' bike there is a Angel and a Sanchez.I don't know if is the same color as the underground racing sanchez but i can say if it's sure.

6.Maverick
Special:Rare,FP
Mission:Passion of the Heist

I did find a new method to get it and it still remain FP after.The trick is to use the custom cheat ''in vehicle'' but after killing all of the robbers and leaving only the maverick with no one shooting at you.To get it down with out wrecking it just type the ''people follow you'' cheat and the driver will leave the maverick.If you are lucky you can get the maverick with the door left open by the driver only if the maverick is on the move in the air or using the custom cheat.After your in the maverick you will see the driver will try to get in.Do not kill his because the maverick will be destroy and you have to try again.Just head to the water and dump you self with the maverick in water and it will say to go to Ned's garage with 3 police stars after you.Type in the cars drive on water cheat and pop up on water and finish the mission.Beware that the door's are lock and if you exit out with the door closed it lock and you will have to try the custom cheat again.Just go and save in the garage and it still will be FP,100% TRUE.

I am the mission Counterfeit Count and i have to disprove the following vehicles that they say are EP or FP.Here what i discovered:
1.Firetruck
Special:ExplosionProof(EP)
They say it's explosionproof,but i say it's not because i destroy in the garage or dump it in the water and it still isn't.
2.Ballot Van
Special:Rare,Heavy and FP
This is not FP i destroy it before it start making it's rounds and it's not fireproof.
3.Mint white/black Maverick
Special:Rare,Unique Color
They say that the this color is specific only for the PSP but actually is the white color traffic cheat and the same with the black color traffic cheat.I repeat there is no unique color maverick only torrini's maverick or the secret service maverick that i was trying to get but still no succes.
The colors are random and this topic prove's it:

ToniForelli let's not say that they are maverick are unique color only by using color taffic cheat with out check it properly.

The next vehicles are still unobtainable but i did find 1 that is still is.

Navy Blue Manana from the mission Salvatore's Salvation it is CP an the begining of the mission but it reverts back to a normal one,I tried to destroy it with blow up cars cheat but it still respawns as a normal one.
White Permanent Stretch from the mission Love & Bullets it turn to BP,FP,EP in the first wave of fire but it reverts back to a normal one.I tried to destroy it using the same cheat as above
but it stuck on the ground and it will not move.Like the CP Pony from Night of the Living Dreads Mission.
The 2 maverick's from Caught In The Act and Sayonara Sindaccos that are rail-shooter mission and i tried to teleport back to the safehouse but didn't work.I tried raising the water level but both of them still fly's or simply catches fire and explodes after(Sayonara Sindaccos).I did try with the Caught in the Act raising the water level and people follow you but still nothing.I will continue to play the game and get some new vehicles and info.

IMO, obtaining special vehicles with cheats isn't wrong, but rather displays poor skills in solving the case.

Some of those you listed also are obtainable only on the PSP (without cheats) because of the garage issue.

Correct I am trying on the PSP version because the garage's are good to restore wrecked vehicles and i will also try on the PS2.I found a way to get the FP Maverick from Passion of the Heist on the PSP and i will also try on the PS2 because i have one.And did find something else on AWOL Angel.If you destroy the first 3 to 4 vehicules(2 Securicar's, 2 black Bobocat)near the corner the chance to get the black Landstalker will increase or decrease depending luck.I tried about 1 to 2 attempt but on the 3 attempt i got it,but i used the blow up cars cheat to get it but it still remain there after.Make sure the car passes the corner and near to your sight after.Spawn a tank and get it to your safehouse.

Can't you get the bulletproof Triad Fish Van with this method?

Actually i tried to get it without the cheatdevice,using the flamethrower,and get in the truck quickly and type in the health cheat abut after i kill the other Triads in Chinatown,but after i completed the mission the truck blows up.I will try again to see if it's posible.
I found that Ned's faggio it has a unique handling,it can do wheelie very easy and i think it's heavy or not. I found a way to get the EP Securicar from the mission The Shore Side Redemption.
You will have to fail the mission by losing sight of the second securicar with this method:
7.Securicar
Special:EP,possible heavy
Mission:The Shore Side Redemption

You will have to use the wanted level on the cheatdevice.After starting the mission and getting the a cop car drive to the yellow marker and set wanted level to 1 star.After that you will get this message:


After that set the wanted level back to 0 star and you will get this message:


After that you will get a second convoy near the police station and proceed to escort the convoy to the dam.After the cutscene you will see the first convoy in this pic:


After that just go to the first convoy and wait to fail the mission:

Wait after all of the explosions have gone and go to the securicar.It's the only vehicle that didn't blow up and it has a blue arrow on it.


You will see the securicar with one cop in the driver seat.


Shoot him to get out of the securicar,beware they maybe a posibility for a wanted level and a cop firing at you.


Get in the securicar and go save it in the garage.It will have the blue arrow on it and in the mini-map but after you will get it in the garage it will be gone.

I found that the securicar from Cash Clash is also heavy not just FP.
I will try again to get the BP Triad Fish Van. I will post if it worked.

First i would like to show you how to get get Casa's Pony from Snappy Dresser only using one cheat ''blow up cars''cheat.Here is one of the situation:

When you enter yellow marker,you will see casa getting in to his car.Immediately type in the blow up cars cheat and you will get this:

Your car will not get destroyed.Just gone near him to fail the mission:

You will get this message with the destroyed pony in front of you:

In other situations it will give you the message(casa is dead)because you type in the cheat when casa is in the pony.In this one you have to type in the cheat before he get inside and the game will give you 2 situations fail direct with the destroyed pony in front or the pony is upside down.

I also tried to get the BP/FP/EP Kuruma from Smash And Grab but it was only heavy after.

8.Triad Fish Van
Special:BP
Mission:Big Rumble in Little China

You don't need to use the custom cheat for the cheatdevice(BlackGuard)you only need to use the flamethrower,getting in quickly and type in the health cheat and water level cheat.
First set it on fire with the flamethrower and wait for the driver to get out.The passenger will first get out but ignore that door,wait for the driver to get out.

Get in it fast as you can and type in the health cheat and parket near the second gang and raise the water about 17.0m or higher to drown the second gang and complete the mission.

After the mission is complet set it back to 0.0m.You must be inside the van to be bulletproof after.After that just go and fire a round of the gun and see it's bulletproof.If you didn't used the water level cheat and go kill the second gang,the van will blow up automatically.Beware the doors are locked and if you get out an close the door you can get in even if the passenger side is open.

Can't you just submerge the BP Triad Fish Van in some shallow water and run over and kill the second gang instead of raising the water? I don't have any cheat devices so I have to use button cheats or ,preferably, no cheats at all.

Is the BP Triad Fish Van heavy? If it's not, it might be possible to push it into some shallow water, while the triads are still in it, in order to kill them without triggering the mechanism that makes the van catch on fire.

And you can slow the van down by sniping its tyres, in case that helps.

First i have to say you can without cheats.If you shoot the passanger or the driver it will always catch on fire.Only get it with the flamethrower and 2 ingame cheats.I will post the pics on how to get it later in the day.

Here is the method on the BP Triad Fish Van:
You will still have to use cheats because the van will always catch fire even shooting the driver or the passenger.
BlackGuard,since the van si BP you can never pop it's tyres and it's not even heavy like other heavy cars.
You just have to copy the method from above only the flamethrower part and the health cheat.
After that parket near to the second gang and shoot only 3 triad's leaving only one.

Then immediately go to the Fish Van.

Make sure that the last triad dosen't try to open the door or he will lose interest in chasing you.
Go to the Ferry terminal making sure that he is following you.


After near to this point:
And sink the van like this,preferably like this with the door open:

You can use the cars drive on water cheat and the health cheat if your low on health.

Wait for him to get to the ferry and kill him:

The triad will never be exhausted after all of his running after you but make sure to keep a eye on him on the journey to the ferry terminal.I f the is killed or run over the Fish Van will blow up automatically.

Get in the Fish Van and you will pop up the water with the cars drive on water cheat on.


The fish van will have some boxes in the back prior to get it but be carefull they can screw you up easy.
After you got it out try a round or two with any gun and it still BP,nut it's not heavy.This method i will try on the PS2 since there almost the same and try my new method on the FP maverick from Ned's missions.

ToniForelli there are 3 vehicles that you can get with cheats.You can say that I got them with the cheatdevice.and what BP secret car did you find?I always double check any vehicles with special property.Are you sure that you maybe mistaken?
And still my question didn't get any correct answers,only confuse answer.
Is using a cheatdevice the same as using cheats?

9.Speeder
Special:EP,Heavy
Mission:The Sicilian Gambit
You can get it by failing the mission after you get to the lighthouse.Just jump in to the speeder and drive it away.Sal will fall in to the water and drown.You will be respawn back to Sal's House with the Speeder your driving,but there is a problem.Since the Speeder is heavy it will easy catch fire just before you can get it.You can also check if it's EP and it still is.The only problem is to get it to the Safehouse in Staunton.I didn't try it to get it normal because it's heavy like the other heavy that i found.

This one is heavy,but a heavy beast and even harder to get.
10. Firetruck
Special:Heavy
Mission:L.C. Confidential
This one is a very heavy beast of a vehicle and even hard to get.You can also try to get it normal by pushing it to the safehouse but it's a pain to get it.It's very heavy that if it hit's a securicar it will catch fire very easy.You can try to get it normal,but you have to change a lot of vehicles to get it and even using a tank it's even heavy.I used the ''in vehicle'' custom cheat to get it because it has the doors locked.You can try to get it with these 3 methods,push it with a firetruck,a tank or using the custom cheat.

2.Navy Blue Yankee
Special:Unique Color,Heavy
Mission:A Volatile Situation

This is more detailed than before,only prove the concept that you can get it with the cheatdevice and custom cheat.This shows you how to get it in more details.

First finish the first 3 waves of sindaccos(first 2 are sindaccos gang cars and the 3 is a brown patriot which is a unique color)and the bomb loaded Navy blue Yankee that is heavy and it has the doors locked.

Set the gravity to 4.0-4.5 G seen as this:

Use the custom cheat''in vehicle'' to pop inside the passanger side and pressing triangle openning the door of the driver's side and pop back in the passanger and turn the custom cheat off to pop in front of the yankee with the door open:



Just jack him out of the yankee.Just before going to the Ferry Terminal set the gravity back to 1.0g
and go to the Ferry Terminal and dump it in the water:

You will get the mission passed message and get this one:

You can use the cars drive on water cheat and have the infinit health cheat from the cheatdevice:

My next target is to find a new method to get the FP maverick from Passion of the Heist on the PSP and try it on the PS2 also,but i think it will be a pain to get it.I will post if i succed.

First i want to say that i had 2-3 methods on how to get the the FP maverick from Passion of the Heist for the PSP and i am gonna try on the PS2.
1.I used only the ''people follow you'' cheat after i shot every gang member and typed the cheat just it's about to move.I got it,but you will have try restarting again.
2.I used the same technique mentioned above but instead of restarting the mission,after it was down i pushed to the water and dumped.This method work because it won't destroy the maverick but the problem is this.At least in my version of psp getting it to Liberty Tree is very hard and recommend the third one to get it on the psp.
3.Use the people follow you near the trailers,there are 2 trailers,type in the people follow you only to L1 and when is going back to the Ferry building type in the R1 and make sure that the maverick hit's the trailer near to the limo.Usually when the cheat is on,the driver steps out and close the door,but if it hit's the trailer the driver can't close the door and it's open.I will post more details later.

Here is a new method with only cheats that works on the PSP but i didn't check on the PS2 because i am at the BP Triad Fish Van.
In the post above i mentioned that there are 3 methods:
1.Simply use the ''people follow you'' cheat when the maverick is moving and driver steps out of it.It may work sometimes,but it will work 1/10 attempt.
2.Used the method above at 1 but this time push it in to the water and use ''cars drive on water'' cheat,but here is my dilemma:when the maverick is in the water you can kill the driver with out destroying the maverick in the water,but using a car to push the tail rotor like the maverick from the Sicilian Gambit doesn't work,neither using a firetruck because it catch fire easy,so i found a new method that work's and is method number 3.

11.Maverick
Special:Rare,FP
Mission:Passion of the Heist

This the 3 method that work's.I got it by mistake when the maverick is above the trailers and i saw that the door was open,so i try using it in a different way.

After i kill every gang member and left only the maverick,i type in the people follow you when the maverick is start to go back to the ferry terminal:


Type in just to the cheat only to the L1 and wait for the maverick to get to the 2 trailers and start to go back.When it start to go back type in the R1 fast and make sure it hit's the trailer near to the limo:


If you don't hear the door closing by the driver than you lucky and he left the door open:

Just dump it in to the water with you inside the maverick: and immediately type in the ''cars drive on water'' cheat:

When at the Liberty Tree park it with the door open like this:
Just go and complete the mission with the maverick in view:

This method work 8/10 attempts that works on the PSP,and got a feeling that it may works on the PS2,just make sure it hit's the trailer correctly.When is under the water it still is FP and i check it to make sure it is.

Now i have a few updates for GTA LCS on the PS2.
First i like to say that the Firetruck from the mission L.C. Confidential is indeed heavy,but also the doors are open and you can get it easy on the PS2.I will try again on the PSP to check if it has the door open.

Second,The BP Triad Fish Van is obtainable on the PSP and PS2 only with cheats.Just like BlackGuard says also,but it can not be save because the garage is small and also the navy blue Yankee it can't be save.

Third,my method that i found work on the PS2 for the Fireproof Maverick from Passion of the Heist,and it still is fireproof after dump it in to the water,but it was a little hard to push it in to the garage.

I want to try something with the cheatdevice,but my hovercars cheat doesn't work.Can some one give me a custom cheat for it?
I am gonna try to get something from 2 mission.I will post more info later.

Everyone knows that you can obtain special vehicles with cheatdevice almost all of them so i don't count them. Yellow Faggio is the one. I tried to shoot the tires and they didn't even popped. FP Maverick is old one.

Well i give you that the wheels are bulletproof and even 20 round of sniper rifle didn't popped.I said that the maverick both work on the PSP and PS2 with cheats.Which part you don't understand?I didn't see any topic on how to get it on the PS2.Do you?
