You don't even need 16 GB of RAM infact 4 GB is already enough it just depends on your processor and on the GPU

Yeah, it'll run just fine on medium settings, if not on high settings.

Motherboard is a bit weak... also, for gaming you'd be far better off if you went for i5 + 8GB and got GTX670 instead.
