Aw, shucks, I'm winning something. I wish my creator personality hadn't been completely engulfed by the gang section.

The best GTA V Thread I've ever seen is...somewhere in my bookmarks, I'll look for that. For now, SammiiDoogles. Put some of Claude4Catalina's work on here. The Two Underbosses had excellent dialogue.

I've read a few of these and quite honestly the best one (in my opinion) had to be Balkin Valor. This is not some biased answer based upon who the author is either. I quite honestly enjoyed it.

If you're talking about the 2010 Annual Forum Awards then mine couldn't have been possibly nominated. I started it in 2011, soon reaching my one year anniversary

Also, is this some kind of an official thing?

This thread is all fouled up right now, but it could still work. Get rid of the poll, we have the forum awards for that. You don't need people to PM you with nominations, either. The few people on this forum recently probably only know of a handful of concepts; there are more than you can count, most have just faded away with time.

I got an idea for this to work better. Make a link to the Concept Thread Index, so newbies can come and look at every concept the forum has ever had to offer. Tidy up the first post to look more legit, and have people just put forward their personal favorites (maybe with a limit of 3, no voting for your own thread either). Then, you go and count up the votes as the thread progresses and add them to the first post.

Balkan Valor- has to be

Came down to Family Ties and Balkan Valor, both encyclopaedic in content and cinematic in execution. Voted Balkan Valor. Credit to MOB for surpassing the benchmark set by the superb duel effort of Tales of Liberty City with his Italian Mafia epic; Balkan Valor engrosses in the respect it depicted and educated on a unit often neglected and widely unknown in the form of the Albanian Mafia, and expanded up to its current point the otherwise shadowy Russian presence. The moral aspects and dream sequences are extremely innovative and I doubt ever will be replicated.

The real question I think is not what is the best concept, but who is going to step up and top those two.
