[Ashwin the new boy]

INTRO
This Mod is very similar to San Andreas,
i got this idea from somewhere in GTAFORUMS, where 360* camera rotation
is discussed, i don't remember Where it was, tell me if you know

FEATURE
Rotate the camera to any angle & increase its height according to you,

this can also help you in taking shots of your car,

INSTALL
Download & Open The File
install it in your GTA Vice City Folder,

USE
Get into any Vehicle & Press & Hold the "camera" key until you get your wanted
camera angle,
You may also increase or decrease the Height of the camera by pressing
"turret up/down" key & "turret left/Right" key respectively,

KEYS

Camera
this is the key by which you change your camera View,
it may be "v" or "HOME" key by default

turret up/down
the button by which you move your Chopper forward & backward
or you do Wheelie & Stoppie with your Bike
it is "9" & "6" by default

turret left/right
the key which is used to rotate the Chopper left & right
it should be "4" & "5" by default

Means
use "HOME" Key to rotate camera, "5" to decrease & "6" to increase the Camera Height

NEXT RELEASE

+ Better Keys

+ Invert
An Invert option, which Rotate Vehicle instead of Camera

::CONTROLS::
The Control of Rotating Camera is Now Changed to Mouse,

* Move Mouse Left Right to Rotate Camera
* Move Mouse Up Down to Change height
* Middle Mouse Button(MMB) TO Rotate Vehicle instead of Camera
* Press Insert to toggle Activate Mod

Finally i Got The Memory Address for Mouse Movement,
But it is Hard to recognize that Mouse is Moving Left or Right

It's not relative to mouse sensitivity option.

As in XY Cartesian coordinate system:
+ Plus X = right
+ Plus Y = top

And i don't know about the mouse, didn't work for me (V1 i think, gonna try again later).
