How do i disable frame limiter in gta 3

Player Hater Group: Members Joined: Aug 23, 2011	I Just bought gta 3. But the game isn't great and is quite slow. The frame limiter option isn't dimmed, it's just not changeable. Yet, on single player it is. But does not change anything with liberty Unleashed! That's what I want it to take effect on. Any ideas?

Lux Group: $outh $ide Hoodz Joined: Nov 26, 2011	Disabling the frame limiter on multiplayer would practically mean that you are cheating because you are moving faster than the others. You can't disable it unless you hack the files and cheat.
