Vice City in every way. San Andreas was a good game and all but to me it felt to,eh how put this.....corny,and a little cartoonie.Vice City though,aw I love it.I whish I could live there.Just the feeling of standing on the beach watching the sun set...or the veiw of Downtown from Leaf Links just gets me.The sights,the sounds,vechicals,characters,story,weapons, all of it.I just love it!!!!

San Andreas

Sure, some places may be boring but here are the things i like in SA.
-Storyline(CJ worked his way to earn his brother's freedom,later killing tenpenny, also has a long storyline though)
-A lot of features(Increasing stats, hitman levels, modding cars, girlfriends and selection of clothes, etc.)
-Big Map
-Area 69
-Jetpack
-More vehicles

many more to add in SA.

Vice City
-my first game lol. san andreas was only third lol
memories, good atmosphere, but not that much features as SA has.

San Andreas is my favorite

But before all of you Vice City lovers start calling me a fanboy just because I don't like your favorite game listen to me for a second
I feel the camera angle in Vice City was screwed to hell.
I could control it in GTA 3 but it just got f*cking annoying in Vice City because it was much more messed up.

I almost feel they copied Scarface and Goodfellas (Goodfellas but without the New York Aspect)
You knew from Goodfellas he was gonna get hooked on coke and from both you knew the main character was going to be a member of some Mafia.

And if you say Oh then San Andreas had the right to copy Boyz in The Hood?
San Andreas and Boyz in The Hood only had one thing in common it was during the gang uprisings in LA and if you ask me it was barely even about gang banging at all except for the beginning and end
And I also didn't like how Vice City was such a cramped City yes you all say at least it didn't have wasted space!
They could have expanded Vice a bit more and not have had Wasted space at all! And yes I admit San Andreas could have had a bit less countryside but it just left you with more to explore while Vice City was a Tiny 2-3 Islands I'm not hating on Vice City I just like San Andreas don't get me wrong Vice City was good but I just feel it was Tiny and you could almost tell what was going to happen In San Andreas you could go from a gangbanger to a Casino Owner because you just didn't know what was going to happen!!
I hope you Vice City fanboys aren't pissed because you are high on coke just like Tommy!

SA is awesome to me. Because of its huge map, coolness of the missions, fascinating gameplay and the features and CJ. VC was good, I still play it, but the environment doesn't fit in my mind. I love all the gang stuff.

That's one of the things I loved about it. In a way it sort of parodies Scarface and Miami Vice, at the time when I played it I was only 7 or 8 and didn't understand all the things that my mums boyfriend was laughing at. Now I'm 15 and actually old enough to understand all the mocking that the game does.

I still prefer San Andreas though. It's probably my favourite game of all time beating Ocarina of Time, Need for Speed Most Wanted (waiting for the remake ) and many others. IMO not even GTA 5 will beat San An.

Woah woah woah! Slow down buddy. I never said Vice City was bad, I still think the game is awesome and nostalgic, but as you said this forum (and other forums) are strongly San Andreas-biased and that's why I said it won't live on. I'd love if it did, i also hope GTA 6 is set in Vice City, and maybe if it is people will finally go back and play Vice City. Because the group of people that do, unfortunately, is very small.

i feel like if the history was like this, then everybody would be much more happier then now..

2001 - san andreas

2003 - vice city

2004 - gta 3

because i think san andreas would rescue itself with it's features in 2001 with gta3 graphics. while vc stays at the same time place, it could have so much features taken from san andreas, and finally, gta3 could get what it deserved with its amazing story and feeling with the right graphics in 2004..

I got to agree with that. I would love to see Vice City in HD. But I really don't think that it would be good in the present day as it was back in the 80's.
