Looks awesome. I love how you converted Lance, too. Lol.

One question, how did you manage the head to work in the cutscenes? I have tried so many times and I can never get it right. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

I attach every part cool like:

Claude foot -> vertices > select all -> attach -> Click Tommy's foot.

I do that to every bodypart!

but...

I get hierarchy error at exposting!

Won't fix it unfortunately because it's impossible to export anims for GTAIII.
