changing thread titles

Riding On In The Midst Of Morning Group: Members Joined: Feb 26, 2011	hey guys suppose I have a thread called "alderney city" or "london" or whatever. Is it possible to get a mod to change it to "washington dc" or "beruit" or whatever? thanks
