Good luck with this. I use to run an event similar to this one called Organised Crime. It might help you out with tables, graphics, etc. The hardest part is making even teams, I suggest you don't put all the best players on one team and not putting all the Ivanovs on one team, if you can do that then you might have a very promising event.
