As for me, personally, I cried when I killed Salvatore... I felt so sorry for him - he was my favorite character in the series...

The sense of achievement for me was when I got those nasty challenges done for the first time - especially Patriot Playground, as it was the first one I've completed...

Relief?Yes,the goddamn Exchange.When I first played the game,I coudn't even complete Bait and Espresso 2 Go,so I downloaded a save.I felt bad that I had to use a savegame to complete game,but when I completed the last mission,I felt like I was on the top of the world.

The Exchange, because things were finally over, but also side missions such as "Gripped!", "Patriot Playground", "A Ride in the Park" were quite stressful the first couple of times. Then there were some rampages such as the one where you had to head shot people with the M16.
