I am finding difficulties to get a firetruck. As the game progresses, Firetrucks don't come after I put fire on ground and cars (Just getting wanted stars and police cars). I desperately need one. I remember there is a location of firetruck in LS, but it doesn't there always. So I like to know where are permanent locations of firetruck specially in SF. There should be permanent locations like in Vice City. I don't know what's the reason why firetruck doesn't come after putting fire. They came before mission "Green Sabre". But now they never or rarely come after triggering fire.

They don't have any. On the rare occasions (when doing Mission helps, usually) I go back to Los Santos and drive around the block until it spawns.
Rarely does it spawn in San Fiero, I've never bothered with the one in Los Venturas (roughly half way between the police headquarters and desert).

Thanks for the fact. Actually in fire dept of SF has always a truck. I even didn't know is there any fire stations in SA.

True Firestations are in San fiero, and Las Venturas. Usually Ladder trucks.
Only the one spawning location in Los Santos, with always a Monitor truck.

Thanks to you, I obtained BP/EP/FP/DP Boxville from "T-Bone Mendez" without cheats. I think this might be a new method because it was previously listed as unobtainable without cheats. I tried so many things and in the end my plan worked. This might be good factor for unique vehicle collectors without using cheats. I will tell it in detail from another post.

Unfortunately, I need to represent it with map screenshots, otherwise nobody will understand. But very unfortunately, my PCs print screen button doesn't work. So I need to use laptop. download and use Paint to modify as needed with credit.
