You will need:

To make your own missions/storylines with San Vice mod,you will need next:

1.DYOM V6.1,GTA San Vice mod (Beta 3 is the best),cleo 4 ( 3 if you don't making storylines),Sanny Bulider 3.04
2.Don't install any cars mod or something.

Bugs and errors:

In this game,you will see much bugs and errors,when you selecting someone objectives or somethin like that:

1.On every seccond,save progress when you making missions.
2.Missions can't be very long,or the game will be crashed.
3.Sometimes get out of game,and get in again.

You can also suggest using DYOM in San Liberty or SA IV too.
Anyway, I'll try using DYOM in San Vice
