He has had the same message and backed them all up with his votes for the past 20 years.

Yeah, he's just doing it for popularity... sarcasm.gif

I have an honest question: Let's say he becomes President. How long will it be before you see him as being just as bad as the people he replaced? I remember how wildly the crowds cheered Obama, but now most of those people probably think he's a Nazi. Because, of course, every head of state in the Western world is a closeted Nazi who kills kittens for fun.

Let's say that Paul feels it morally necessary to send troops to a foreign land, to offer humanitarian aid and perhaps remove a corrupt, murderous regime. Would you still support him? Or start ranting about his similarities to Hitler?

I wonder just how long all this optimism will last before you people turn on him like you did to everyone else.

Obama was a puppet just like the majority of the others.

You can tell a persons true intentions just from their personality and the energy they give off.

Most these people up on stage are actors. They're fakes reading a script.

Obama just as much as most the others.

It's all just like a really sh*tty reality show.. lol

Ron Pauls one of the very few who I've ever seen who has true intentions. Unless you believe he's just been really persistent on the same matters for the past 20 years so he could win the 2012 elections lol

Yeah, you're going to lose a lot of people going down Skull and Bones Conspiracy Theory Road. As for Ron Paul, I don't think he can win, and I don't know if his plans would help the country, but I do get the feeling that the dude speaks from the heart, which is more than I can say for the rest of his peers. Once again, he has a lot of radical views, but at least I feel he actually believes them and has the courage to speak about them, rather than contorting his rhetoric to what he thinks is going to give him the winning edge on votes.

To be honest, I couldn't care less if he eats babies in his free time as long as he runs the country like it needs to be run. What's a few toddlers in the grand scheme of things?

Christ, you really are a bit of a pillock, aren't you? Are you honestly suggesting that an individual who is openly prejudicial against one sector of society based on a natural trait is the kind of person you want to see running a country? If so, I'm very concerned about your own prejudices.

Imagine if he said "Oh yeah and he might not like black people..". Just stop for a second and imagine someone like that getting elected.

Hell, replace it with what you want:
"Oh yeah and he might not like women.."
"Oh yeah and he might not like Mexican people.."
"Oh yeah and he might not like people who are left handed.."
"Oh yeah and he might not like people who were born between December and March.."

Yes, if state leader is doing his job well than I don't care who he hate.
Him hating gays doesn't mean that he'll build labor camps for gays and send them there. Cause seems like some people really think like that. Geez.

@Robinski
Well maybe in 100 years majority of people will finally accept gays like they accepted left-handed, black, chinese people. But not know. You can't just change people's mentality in a few years.

^^ Stop being scaremongering. One politician's individual stance on social affairs will affect naught in America's democracy, it's the man with mass fortune that pushes his. Consider Oprah who has been believed to influence over one million votes in favour of Obama in the 2008 Generals. One man, one vote you say? Not if you have cash to splash, you can purchase millions.

He's a danger to our national security and our status as a superpower would fall down the toilet if he were elected. No overseas basing, put the military on the border with Mexico (because they can carry out immigration law right?), no financial regulation, no government investment in science/technology.. f*ck him.

He wants to stop immigration? Odd. I thought most of his acolytes were the kind of people who opposed any kind of immigration control whatsoever.

Isn't that a misperception? Doesn't he want to put troops on ALL of the borders, not to keep illegal immigrants out, which he's actually for amnesty (although he used to be against it) if I recall, but to protect against terrorism. And I only think he said that to appease conservatives who claim they need the military in places like Afghanistan to protect us from said terrorism. I doubt he's talking about a massive war like mobilization, with armies protecting the borders.

Anyway, I don't know, I hate all the candidates except Paul. Romney and Perry are prototypical rich religious assholes, Gingrich is just another Republican, Bachman is just as bad as Romney and Perry except she is even less knowledgeable on what the role of president should be. Paul, seems to be the only one with any intelligence. He doesn't seem like he's been fed lines to memorize, because he actually knows what he's talking about.

I don't know if he wants to stop it, but he's said numerous times (and seriously) that he plans to move all troops that are in Afghanistan and deployed overseas to the Mexican border.

I've seen many supports from other countries supporting this man.

The fact that many Americans don't appreciate him and don't even believe in the Constitution like he does. Yea it seem so weird but most of you are just spoiled brats who sit on there ass, or work as a kiss ass.

The only thing I appreciate about paying taxes is the use of rebuilding! And No! I will not accept the damn RFID Chip and become the Mark of the Beast.
Trust me, I'm not just talking, I'm already prepared for these devils. If you already have it, then your a screwed human.

Your logic typifies the mentality of the self-righteous.
Rather than accept the validity of any other opinion, you'd much rather believe that anyone with a divergent view has to be a brain dead lemming. I see it all the time, if you disagree with organised religion it's because 'The Devil tricked you!!!!11!'
If you disagree with Marxism, it's because 'You've been brainwashed by the Capitalist oligarchy !!!!'

Frankly, it's insulting. Do you really feel that anyone different is just some slavish zombie who hasn't been enlightened? Are you really so narrow minded that you can't extend your ideological enemies even the slightest bit of credit? You can't even acknowledge that they are capable of free thought and have reached their conclusions independent of coercion?

You can't do that? It's too hard?

I dont know much about ron paul but he got a big uprising over in iowa and to be honest most of the gop contenders have been real bad choices and are not fit to be the comander in cheif. Michseal backman is a bimbo, rick perry cant hold a debate for sh*t, rick santourum is a bad leader and herman cain is a pizza guy lol. Ron paul to me seem like a radical far right person.

On a note related to his personal problems, there's this that came out today: \In book, Rep. Ron Paul criticized AIDS patients, minorities and sexual harassment victims

Regardless, that's just retarded. Anyone who knows anything about security will tell you that putting an army on the border is absolutely f*cking insane. It isn't going to protect against sh*t. Look at the effect the national guard is having on the border right now. Zipola. Nothing. Zero. A f*cking military unit is not, and should not be, trained in customs and immigration enforcement. CBP has been expanded in the past few years and has been doing a great job down there. And if you honestly believe those f*cking idiots that putting the army on the border is going to protect us from terrorists, then I don't know what to tell you. Are we going to deploy them to areas of high domestic terror chatter to stop them too? What if they come through Canada? Raise another army to "protect us" on that border? sh*t They are coming in through boats to NY harbor. Since we already took all our armies in from overseas like f*cking retards, we might as bring our navies in and take the guns off them. We can stick some 127mm guns at the end of Montauk to shoot the coming in terrorists!

I hate Ron Paul because I hate his fans. Being annoying must be an absolute prerequisite for being a Ron Paul fan.

Personally I enjoy his staunch foreign policy, but is really the same old story. Wants economic measures to help the rich, supports union busting, cutting social programs, still silent on gay rights, etc.

No thanks.

(Quite a few of) His supporters sound like brainwashed loons. It seems whenever I meet one, it's due to the fact that they're spamming messages about how he's going to fix America. I think I'm beginning to believe the theories about some of us being chipped biggrin.gif.

But I'd probably vote for him, he seems like the least evil candidate who could possibly win.

Well in this case, the soldiers who have been deceived all these years have been brainwashed. Have you ever listen to his speeches? He makes sense. This is my first time being involved into politics because it's serious!

And the RFID (radio frequency identification) Chips are real and already in active; Credit Cards, National ID Cards. Soon it'll all be in one; Your Hand or Head.
