I searched and found some users asking for Mobile Platforms of The GTA Network sites. But unfortunately this version of IPB does not support one. So I spent a few hours of time this morning and below is what I made.
I call it as The GTAForums Mini Browser . This browser is a Hex Modified Version of Opera Mini with work over the engines and Java Platform to make this work with most of the Java Enabled Cell phones including touch-screen phones.
This (very) little browser modification done with Hex editing that allows to have exclusive GTAForums Content, designed with new Hex Values to make mobile browsing more easier and within less bandwidth. It has been integrated with a Server different from Original Opera Mini making it more reliable and hence makes browsing quicker. This is only working for Java Enabled cell phones.

Installation
Copy the contents of download archive into your cell phone by connecting it to your PC. Please make sure that it is not hosted or re-distributed with proper permission or credit.
