I installed GTAIV SAN ANDREAS the mod, & when I go to load the game, no buildings are present at the time. If I wait a few seconds, a building appears in the far, & a bike appears in front of me. Also I cannot modify the advanced video settings (IE draw distance, quality, etc.) all the adjustment does is either stay the same, or it actually decreases the setting & it stays stuck on the minimal setting. I have the legal version of GTAIV so that rules out pirated problems. I have a toshiba win 7 64 bit, 4 gigs ram. I play many other disk ran games on here with no hesitation whatsoever. I also have tried creating a shortcut of the games launch.exe, then adding" -norestriction -nomemrestriction" to the end of the launch.exe's location but no prevail. Help is massively appreciated folks! Thanks!!!
