Yeah I'm getting a bit tired of seeing those sigs everywhere. I know I was all for it at first, but now I realize that this has been going on for a while and now everyone decides to be heroes. I read an article on the campaign which gave some pretty good information on what the organization is all about, about the Uganda army and everything. I finally see now why Ochy went into Super Sayan 4 mode and tried everything he could to prove us wrong

Agenda Hello members of the Iconic Westies. I have decided to break things down on how I want things done from now on. As of before we were slightly unorganized and I suppose it is fair to say that it is all part of growth. Now I think it is good if all members keep an open mind when reading this. So lets start off with the Réimeas[Regimes]: So as it stands Ochy and Heavy Mist are the leaders of the two regimes. I`m happy with the two individuals and I`m proud to have them but I need you guys to do the following: 1. Host training when you can. 2. Try to get jobs to operate with your men. 3. Recruit men into your regime. 4. Stay active and assertive and try to socialize with your men at any chance you get. Now thats four points and its laid out nicely. If you have any questions regarding the steps please PM the current AR [Àrd- Rì] which is me Glenn at the moment. So lads in the gang, we need to stay active. You need to be filling up your credit list so when you want to be promoted you have a long list of accomplishments. I`m happy with you all, and my condolences to Carva and Larnie who have become the first retires of the Westies. Stay active lads because ill be doing a member sweep soon and cleaning out all inactive members. You should check out the new promoting system too: If you have any questions about it post them please. Now lets start with games, I want a volunteer for a RP game [I`ll step in if I have to]. We could do more races and fight clubs. Anyway we need to see you guys on GTA more! including myself as of today. Now we need to be proud of Ireland and of are skill so a little boasting wont hurt.
