How to play:
It is played pretty much the same as 'Guess the mission'. You guess the character, and if you get it right, you get +1 point and give a description a character for someone to guess.

Rules:

• NO off-topic or spamming
• NO dirty talk or insulting
• If someone answers a 'Who am i?' and gets it correct, and doesn't post a new 'Who am i?' in 24 hours. Myself or someone will take over.
• After 3 incorrect guesses, give another clue.

Ok, here's my question.

1) I appear in more than one game.
2) I mention a foreign city in a mission whose title contains a foreign word. The city and the word are NOT from the same country.
3) Most of you can't afford my vehicles IRL.
4) I share my first name with a GTA character, and my last name with another.
