| QUOTE (GTAV360Philly @ Friday, Oct 19 2012, 07:23) | | But hey. it's gta, who doesn't use cheats on a mission or something | Apparently a lot of people. But I do tend to use cheats in GTA just because I'm just... so... terrible at these kinds of games. Hey, I'll admit it. I love GTA, but they are too hard for me. I don't put in invincibility cheats, though. That makes it a little too easy, even for me. And, like you said, I was able to get through RDR without cheats because the regeneration and Dead-Eye made it much easier than GTA games. And by no means do I want regeneration in GTA (let's keep Red Dead and GTA separate franchises, hey?) I do plan on trying to beat GTA V's missions without any cheats and activating them only after I'm finished, but I honestly don't think I'll get very far before I have to start replaying missions over and over again and getting pissed off. But yeah, I'd love some awesome cheats. I'm not even talking about stuff that makes the game super easy. GTA IV had enough cheats for that, although I did love that RDR's invincibility cheat counted for absolutely every form of damage. Remember in SA how explosions and falling still killed you? The only thing that can kill you in RDR with invincibility was water. Allowed me to really screw around with falling physics and stuff like that. I do wish RDR had a cheat to change what Dead Eye level you were at, because Level 1 was probably the most fun, getting to shoot stuff in real time while it was still slow instead of all at once. But I digress. The fun cheats will be what will actually add to the game in a positive way, even to those who apparently hate when other people want to make their game easier. (It's not a competition guys, get over it. I'll never pretend to be a badass after beating a game with cheats anyways, I know it means that I suck). Stuff like the riot modes, changing the character model, flying, slow motion, fast motion, time skips, etc. These will add entirely new modes of gameplay that can be extremely challenging in their own way (especially Pedestrians Hate You in combination with Pedestrians Have Guns) but not possible or fitting for the rest of the game. R* is usually pretty good about doing really fun, mod-like cheats, but have been skimping out a bit this generation so far. I definitely hope GTA V is different.

Cheating is traditional in GTA without cheats GTA wouldn't be GTA. I don't cheat during missions and gameplay but I have a save file(GTA San Andreas) saved on the second slot that have completed the game and I've cheated 1019 times...I'm hoping to do that in GTA V too..One good save file and one badass one.
