I hated how few cheats you had in GTA IV, I loved the amount and diversity of cheats in San Andreas, you pretty much had a cheat for any situation, it gave the game such a replay value, if you got bored of the game, you could enable cheats such as a flying car, amphibious car, riot, every pedestrian carries a weapon and attacks you, No Wanted Levels, invincibility, super punch, etc. You could even make a new mini-game using cheats. It was a blast.

But in GTA IV, it was pretty much just vehicle cheats, health and weapon cheats and wanted cheats ( not even a 'never wanted' cheat )
So, I hope that R* will come up with more cheats in V, and not only more but also fun cheats, crazy cheats and such.

Come up with your own cheats that you would like to see in GTA : V.

Zombie Apocalypse - Weather is Foggy, time of day turns to midnight, every pedestrian turns into an undead Zombie and tries to eat you, very few uninfected if none.
Flying Car - Same as in San Andreas, every car becomes airborne if driven fast enough.
Men with Hats - Pedestrians use Scenery objects as hats, such as in Medal of Honor : Frontline.
Moonwalking - instead of walking normally, when using this cheat your player does the Michael Jackson's Moonwalk when walking.
Fun Gun - When shooting pedestrians and other people with this gun, they do stuff like dancing or get frozen in time, float up in the sky or whatever R* imagination desires.
T-101 - when using this cheat, your player becomes a T-101 Terminator, starts out normal, but when he takes more and more damage, the skin tissues gets torn off and you see the exo-skeleton of the Terminator.

Just go back in time when creating these cheats, defy laws of physics, make crazy stuff, make cheats that will increase replay value, I loved playing video games in the past utilizing these kinds of cheats, that just made the game so crazy and weird.

Ped riot like in San Andreas had been fun as well, always nice with a little extra resistance when you run amok.

The one cheat I would want.

Anarchy Every pedestrian gets a gun and goes crazy resulting in a city-wide war. Police get involved and in GTA V pedestrians can obtain stars just like the player.

I don't want cheats that I can cheat with. I want cheats for the fun factor, like all those crazy ones in SA, so I can get a laugh after completing the game.

I've got a few fun ones:

• Moon gravity/0 gravity
• Unlimited health
• Super punches(you punch anyone and they go flying really far)

Just think about the unlimited health, you can jump from any building or helicopter from any height and you still survive.

What else would be crazy is if you had a cheat if you're in a hydra or fighter jet, and there's a cheat like dogfight.

Dogfight 1: Small amount of planes going rampage on you.
Dogfight 2: Large amount of planes going rampage on you.

2 days ago, I put on
-all cars are aggresive
-all green lights
-riot
-everyone has weapons

And then did some truck missions, it was so damn hard getting through the cities.
rockets going across the street, exploding next to you.

It was like a whole new game, so much fun.
I usually set up tasks to complete whilst the city is in chaos.

EDIT:

even though this should be in wishlist, I'd love to see;
-gravity gun
-shock wave gun (pushes masses of air and blows things away)
-dogfight, all planes shoot you
-things float when hit back (loved hitting a boat and then just sitting on it as it flew up
-slow sinking boats back (not a cheat, but I loved sitting on the boats as they sunk normally)

On topic: It'd be awesome if every cheat from San Andreas returned, but seeing as that's unlikely, I just hope for invincibility, infinite ammo, and all the cheats from GTA IV.
