No pain, no gain. | Definitely, don't think I would be able to do half the running I do without it, nothing better than having a motivating beat to get you up the hill. I use to run on the treadmill but now I run in a national park near my place and it is amazing, I actually want to go for a run now unlike on the treadmill where it felt like a chore. If you can find a place that you really like to run then that makes a lot of difference and will keep you motivate to keep doing it consistently.
