WEll heres my problem.Whenevery i try to play a saved game.instead of the real save file i get the airport scene and the game starts over.I did install a lot of car mods etc so maybe its bcuz of that.Any1 else has this problem?Please help.

You're using a saved game made by someone else? If that's true then you have a different version.
V1 and V2 games are not compatable, V2 and V3 are.
You need to change the scripts to match the game version.
Read through the Mission Help - Chain Game post to get the idea of what you need to do.

When i try to play on my real savefile the one i finished the game on,i get the same problem.

Maybe it got corrupted or something..Try starting a new game and saving from there..If you load it and it goes to the airport scene then your f*cked son.If it works your save game probably is V2,V3 or you messed up the script..Next time try putting save backups incase it corrupts

We don't fix Modded games here.
So your course of action in this forum is to Uninstall ALL the mod (or at least the last one before your problem.)
With a Clean Installed Game (no mods of any kind) you may start to install your mods ONE-At-A-Time playing the game to be sure it still works. If it works then you may install the next, etc.
When you get to the one that screwed the game, Don't use it or Go to the Modding forums for help with it.

One big problem with modding is the inability to read and/or use resourses that are available.
Such as the page, Banners, and sidebar.
