Used Car Acquisition Technician Group: Members Joined: Dec 20, 2010	Heli.s are only obtainable through cheat devices and such (hacks, super-cheats, stuff NOT originally in the game), but you can't get out of them and they have a few mounted weapons.

Boss Group: Members Joined: Aug 28, 2008	Ive gotten helicopters on the DS version of CTW and have been able to fly them around the city. You can get out of them but you cant get back in them. Ive used CW cheat for the PSP version. Ive gotten in heli's in the garage, however the door closes and your trapped in the garage. If anyone knows a cheat for the cheat device for the psp version so you can puirchase a heli from the car dealer like the action replay cheat on the DS that would be great.
