Geoff Keighley from GameTrailers first brought it up via Twitter I believe, of a PS3 exclusive "you won't believe" as he said, that would be debuting at this year's VGA's and a new teaser of the game has been posted today.

No gameplay footage is shown. Just real footage, of riots and tragedies. Including a 9/11 clip. I'm not too sure what to expect of this. Sounds post-apocalyptic to me.

We'll just have to wait till Dec. 10th for more.

It looks like it's going to be similar to the movie "I Am Legend". I wouldn't mind another post-apocalyptic game, but I hope they don't make it a game filled with millions of mindless zombies (those games are quite boring).

EDIT: Look at the first video on the official site. That's most likely where the virus or disease came from.

MAD MAX with the RAGE engine! ?? I'd like to see something like a Mad Max game, since I love the series. I think Rockstar likely think about a zombie mode for GTA, I'd be willing to bet

Rockstar charged fifty million dollars for timed exclusivity of downloadable content for GTA IV, do you honestly think they would even briefly consider releasing GTA V as an exclusive game? Not to mention the fact that one of their studios is already preoccupied with a different PS3 exclusive title, "Agent," so the chances of them having anything to do with this project at all are very, very slim.

This is very interesting.
A new video was released on the website, identified as part of a BBC nature show documenting a fungus that grows in an ants brain and takes control of the ant.
