I find the question structure confusing, anyway:
If a person doesn't have something, how can they compare it?

I have both PC and PS2. The game play is easier on the PC because R* has dumbed down the game. Most likely because of complaints on the game play, and the difficulty of playing with the keyboard & mouse.
The Graphics are better on the PC, I can read the signs, and see farther. So I will stand with the PC is better.

I also find the grammar of that to be very poor, to almost not understandable.

there are way more people that own SA for PS2, then just the 3 of us.

i never said ps2 was better than pc for sa.

Okay. Point here is we're pretty sure there are more PS2 users for GTA San Andreas but that is irrelevant right now.

So back to the topic, since the PC version is so modifiable, I'm pretty sure you can modify so you can be able to do gang wars with every gang in the game. I may be wrong but there is a LOT you can do with the PC version so I wouldn't doubt it.

I just have one question: What exact glitch are you talking about? Cause at the end of the day it all depends on the glitch you are referring to.

Hood abuse glitch. When i do it that territory didin't appeared, only in the place where i started a gang war.

I'm wondering the same question too, I always wanted to have Triad, Rifa, Da Nang, and Azteca Territories to take over in my game, but it didn't work at all.
No matter what glitch I did. I wish there was a device i can use to add those territories on PC.

my codes are for ps2 cheat-devices , not for PC version ... i cant make them into a mod for PC , cuz i lack the knowledge to do so.

try doing a request in the modding forums ... maybe someone can make it work on PC.

Anyways, how does The blimp looks like when you get attack from Rifa and Triads?
I mean, the icon, if a man, usually like the Green Icon That says Grove Street Families in the Legend, used in Doberman and Beat Down on Beat Up.

I heard that you can use a savegame editor to do it, but unfortunatley you don't get territories, you only add the gang in that place.

I don't know, if mods do it any different, but if you use hood abuse glitch, Aztecas show on the radar as light blue squares/triangles; San Fierro Rifa - dark blue; Da Nang Boys - white; Triads - very pale purple.

I read you added a little Ballas Density, I did the same thing on my save, example: 40 Triads, 1 Ballas, and it worked, thanks ric-013!
