[Boss Mancini]

The Prelude

As you may know the whereabouts of the Mancini Crime Family, they are every where! It all started back in the "Old Country" of Sicily, Italia with three brother, Enrico, Quentino, Machiavelli, oldest to youngest of the Mancini brothers. Their family moved from Sicily avoiding crime family violence to Broker, Liberty City. There, the family struggled financially, and their parents were murdered by loan sharks in Aldarney. They were forced into a orphanage where they met Charlie Bowman. Boman was the type of person that established a social wall with everyone. But if you ever messed with him, he was always a dirty fighter. The three brothers and Bowman where very good friends while they were in the orphanage and the Mancini brothers told him of the tragic death of their parents.

Starting a Plan

Set out for revenge, the three brothers and Charlie were very street smart but with all different strengths. Enrico (Eric for short) was very intimidating, gave orders, and usually stuck up for the two younger ones when they were in trouble. Quintino, was the quiet but yet most intelligent. Mostly stealing and selling the product or finding ways to find money for the three brothers. Machiavelli (Mac for short) was the very hotheaded yet a peculiar person with a chip on his shoulder ready to fight. Charlie, was usualy there to look intimidating in front of others. Once they were around seventeen and eighteen years old the oldest, Eric, wanted to start a group due to most of the threatening activity around the neighborhood. The only problem they had was Charlie was not full Italian. He was mixed with Irish and was not allowed to join the group they made. So he set off to make another creww along side the Mancini brothers. Those willing to join the Mancinis, joined with honor and Devotion!


The Start

As the family grew and was noticed by many groups in Liberty City, mainly a strong already running Family, The Genovese Family. The family took the Mancini crew under their wing. Easily influenced by their surroundings, The Mancini crew later turned into an organized crime family with Eric as the Don, Quintino as the Under Don, and Mac as the Consigliere. Bowman had also organized a large motorcycle gang together, naming it the Mancini Outlaws, in honor of the Mancini Brothers. As time passed, the Mancini Family grew and became very uneasy due to the amount of members. The problem with this is the fear of snitches and spies.


The Betrayel

Then a group of three friends wanted to join the family. They were very loyal soldiers and were always looking for recruits that made the family grow. But one of the friends decided he didn't like the family and planned to kill the Don. Word spread out and later Don found out and had him assassinated. Surviving the assassination with a gunshot through the cheek and two bullets wounds to the knees, he called his two friends out of the Family to create their own called the Taylor Gang. A still unorganized group, they have shown no effort to confront the Mancini power in Liberty City. With this being said, crime was high throught Liberty City and was mostly due to organized crime. The city wanted to crack down one the families from biggest to smallest.

Sparking a Fire

The person behind the cracking down of the families was the chief of police Francis McCreary and the mayor, Miles O'Donavan. Later when the Mancinis received word of the the crackdowns, the family went under the radar. Once the city turned to take down the Genovese and Up-Town Mafia, the Mancini family knew they had to do something to help their allies. In the Summer of 2011 on July 16, the chief of police was in the park meeting with his brother to catch up with him. Then within minutes Francis McCreary was sniped in the head by a hired assassin named Nico Bellic, by the Mancini family. Two days later there was a meeting about the death of the chief of police and the Mayor needed to attend it.


Making a Name for Themselves

Just as the meeting was going to end the mayor was shot through a
window on the 45th floor of a skyscraper building in downtown by a Mancini hit-man. The crackdowns soon stopped and never reached the Mancini Family making them untouchable. In the next day papers, the scribes of the paper quoted, "In the investigation, the killer was never seen or heard of nicknaming him Ghost Mancini. The name Mancini was given because a note on the window where the Mayor was assassinated was left saying "Mancinis are back". Because of the happenings of the assassinations, a lot of other Families were infuriated because of the hopes of the bigger mafias being taken down. So several attacks were made on the Mancinis.

Return of Fire

One day the Don was out walking to pick up a crate of oranges to bring back home but on the way home on his walk, 3 Leone members noticed him walking, pulled up next to him and shot him twice in the torso area. This left the Don bleeding out on the sidewalk until paramedics came to pick him up. The word spread and it reached the Dons younger brothers and they were angry and immediately returned fire. The sent one soldier to kill a few members of the Leones. They received word that some of the members were at a Chinese restaurant in Aldarney. The soldier drove up to the restaurant and walked in guns blazing to successfully wiped out 4 important figures of the Leons. And as it turns out, the head member of the Leons, known as Cartel Colombian, was crawling away with a wound to the leg. The soldier of the Mancinis then turned around, grabbed an antique samurai sword and stuck the sword through his chest, thus giving him the nickname, Blade Mancini.

Another Problem

Things started to change for the Mancinis in the Genovese Commission. The Mancinis were showing more strength and the Genovese were worried that they would get too powerful. They started to run the Commission like a dictatorship and put many constraints on the Mancinis and the way they ran they're family. With Eric "Boss" Mancini still in the hospital from gunshots, Quentino needed to step up to the plate to run things, with of course the close advisory of his to siblings. He and Boss had a long conversation about what the Genovese had done in the commission. Quentino had convinced him that the Mancinis need to leave the commission. They also were close friends with other families and had very close ties with the elite group, The Council of Crome. With all the support needed to leave the commisson the next day at they held commission meeting. During the meeting, a Don of the Genovese was assassinated along with four other members. This made the obvious statement that the Mancinis were gone, along with the other close families. They created a new commission called the UCF.


Resolution


Now that the Mancinis have moved on, they are more powerful than ever. We are always looking for recruits because there is always room for extra muscle. Dare To Challenge?

A Dramatic change


After things started cooling down and got back to buisness things started happing Quentino was seeing another path for him self and ask his brother if he could go and work with the East Island Council as the Council and the Mancinis are close allies and in the same commision Eric said it was fine but Mac the youngest allways looked up to Quentino the most and also asked to leave Eric said that it was fine but then Eric had to find another underboss he had a close friend of his and a long time Mancini named Duke promoted up to underboss and things have been great since Eric is still in contact with his brothers and hopes that no harm is to come to them as he always did before.

Code of Conduct

My good friends, respects to all again. This is for anyone who my be a little confused about the ins and outs of Mafia tradition? ... I felt that this should not be ignored, it would be an affront to our friendship. I consider myself honor bound to offer some instruction.. I dont want you to miss anything, Im going to start you out with what you might call the rules of conduct of any respectable crime family...If you dis-agree ya know ya have a right to speak up..This is everyones guestbook...These rules are simple,. Let me explain. Well Ill try.





Rule Number One: Obedience

This is all about respect. Always do what your boss tells you..Hes the boss for a good reason, so do what he says. The boss is the only one who can give the order to whack someone or make someone. If youve got a beef with someone, dont go thinking that you have the right to get rid of the problem yourself. Keep your cool, think with your head and stay smart. You take your beef to the next sit down and let the boss decide. Always do what he says, and nothing more. Dont start any fights you cant win. If it happens MafiaMike can finish it for ya.


Rule Number Two: Loyalty

Always remain loyal to members of the Family. Your Family always comes first, no exceptions. So be a team player. Dont get in the way of each others interests. Be prepared to defend the Family with your life. An attack on any member should be considered an attack on all members, to be avenged no matter whatI really stand with this one,,we are Family, Lets stay strong with that,,PLEASE! Also, remember that other Families are family, too. You are expected to help out any faction in need, unless that faction is at war with your Family, in which case they are to be treated as mortal enemies. At least until your Don says otherwise, then you can play nice.

Rule Number Three: Honor

This one is simple, and ties into the first two rules. Basically, just be a stand-up guy. Keep your eyes and ears open and your mouth shut. When you see something thats not your business, dont see it. Keep your mouth shut. If you hear things not mean for you, dont hear them. Dont be a babbo. Mind your own business.

Rule number four: Pride

If you take pride in your business and your Family, the rest comes naturally. Be a man of honor and always do right by your Family. Remember that in Sicily (God bless), the word mafia was once used to describe individuals of pride, excellence, grace and self-confidence. Try and live up to it, for chrissakes. Respect women( hmmmm OK) and your elders. Try to have some class. Skinner, am I carrying on too much ? Oh well..I hope not..

Rule number five: Silence

Now this is the big one. The sacred oath of Omertà. This basically means silence, but the word Omertà was once used to describe manliness. So never discuss Family business. Never have any dealings with authorities under any circumstances. Dont be an informer, I aint sayin nothin...Remember, no one likes a rat, unless its a dead rat. You are to keep the identities and activities of Family members secret at all costs. Violation of this code is punishable by death...Second thoughts with the Connection here now? Nobodys going to give you a pass on this one, so dont go wagging your tongue unless you want to die.


Those are most of the rules. For your sake, I hope you can remember them. Hey, and if you are not a legitimate member of the Family, dont go thinking that now that you know this stuff, you can hang with the wiseguys. It dont work like that. Weve seen plenty of empty suits come along trying act smart, as if they were made men... Empty suits should be hung out to dry... if you know what I mean. So if you think youre some kinda cugine looking to get his button, youd better just take my advice and button your lip. The books are closed.. Get my meaning? You want to apply these rules to your own life, thats fine. Live a life of honor and respect, but do it away from the Family.

It really sucks for you to already be on us about our post. Im sorry but this was not our fault. during the designing of the, our designer and I really did not pay attention to his resources of his mafia ranks. Plus when i saw what he introduced to me for ranks, I immediately went back and corrected it to our ranking system. Now when i clicked on your link i saw your ranks and i compared it to ours. It seems that on our post there are two ranks called the Minister and Lieutenant. So we did not copy it "word for word." We found it funny that you tried to find dirt on us but you can always try again later.

Do not double post, it is against the forum rules & policy. Secondly, White provided a quote on the material in question that was plagiarised. Do not play coy, as the copying of content is evidently clear between the two topics. However, I find it both mystifying and annoying that you would reply to the dismay with such resentment and dis-contempt. Do you have a problem with criticism? Nut up and admit your wrong doing and make the changes requested.

Also Ace, it does not have to be an exact replica for it to be plagiarism. Would you rather we refer to it as a parody because there was an ever so minor change to it?

well we have no interest in the biancos they came to our topic and trash talked the page but i apriate the wishes of good luck if you were being serious and would like to say the same to you if not then i do not no why you post here along with the biancos but i dont no why the biancos would think that we would like to copy them when i nore did any of my members make this page so with that being said we are Mancinis and we have been on gta 4 for a while now we have about 200 members at this time we are new to forums but that does not mean anything about our strength and numbers on the game its self

Stop beating around the bush and change/remove the content. I don't care if their was hostility, trash talking, a third party who created and plagiarised the content, or any other unrelated bullsh*t - the issue at hand, and one that you are currently ignoring, is the fact you have content that was copied from another gang.

If your next post is a continuation of your opinions and issues with the responses, and I see no change to the content in the first post (or at least you have some consideration to acknowledge the problem and the fact you need to make these changes soon) I will lock the topic for a day or two. Hopefully then when I return from whatever I'm doing, you can provide me those changes through a message and I will evaluate the standing of your topic. That, or you can avoid wasting my time and yours and listen.

I want no part in that comision battle. it was not my decision to do what was done today and i almost wish it had never happend. The Ivanovs are a good family and they are very true. they may ave a problem with one of our groups in the comission but i feel that we will be associating with them in the near future on a more positive note and less restrictions from other people. deadsliez and Boss know who im talking about.

If you want well done, original designs head over to the gfx section and put a request in for what you need. It's not needed per-say but it would go along way into making your gang look a bit professional and appealing.
