How make vice city style?

Group: Members Joined: Mar 8, 2011	I made this HD version if a weapon icon but i want know how i can make-it in vice city style. Can anyone help-me? in photoshop. Icon:

Hmm... Group: Members Joined: Nov 7, 2004	From what I can remember VC was just a blue or something outline and the colour of the hand was a gradient from a light blue to pink/purple.
