edit : also I want to use overdose effects 1.4 with lens flares and sunhaze beta v1.0, can you tell me what I need to change in effectsPC.txd? I added pssunfxcorona textures but it doesn't seem to work.

Open up the lensflare.dat and edit the size number.
About the sun fx corona texture:
Be sure that the texture name in the effectsPC.txd has the same name, that it has alpha on and compressed DXT mode on it too.

Anyway, there's one graphical feature you forgot:



The road reflection of the cars's headlights. It appears while it's raining and right after.
The picture here shows VCS but the reflection is available in San Andreas [PS2] and on some old graphic cards
on computer.

I would love to see that effect on today's San Andreas.

AFAIK, it's not featured in SA. I got both PS2 and PC version and I never seen it

Dumbass-Productions, It is featured in SA, but it is bugged. So you sometimes don't see it while it's raining.

Actually, the VCS reflections are the same as III, VC, and LCS?

SA uses smaller reflections. They are there in the PS2 version but not PC.

Rain reflections works only on few video cards. For example on my gtx 260 it doesn't work.

Oh, okay. I forgot about that they aren't supported in many graphic cards.
But they basically exist in PC version.


EDIT: (to prevent too many posts by me)

RemixPLrc96, mine's a not ultra super very fast ATi X800Pro with an not awesome 256MB VRam and Shader 2.0.

I think it is because of NVidia that they don't appear?

Maybe it depends on the Shader Model. If it has SM 3.0 or higher then it doesnt work.

My friend has got nVidia 6200 with 128mb and he has rain reflections, too. So they appears only on weak video cards o.O
