In the ps2 version, the sun lens flare goes through CJ's body, and trees. They are a yellow orange effect. perhaps try to edit the lens flare?
Just like the GTAVC sun flare.
I loved the VC lens flare. R* ported Vice City perfectly. I wonder why they couldn't keep the atmosphere in SA.
I think because of low PCs, although sun haze is not affected to game performance on low PC so only R* knows why they cuted all graphic features and content from PS2. And I still remember that graphic bugs with GTA SA in my old PCs, that bloody sky horizon in rainy weather, that half-visible pedestrians and other. I described all sun haze systems in previous my post. Possibly R* used that obstacle ignorant. R* can make a DLC for GTA SA PC with PS2 graphical features, but it's too late now, because there is a not a lot people who will download it, I mostly sure that most of people who played GTA SA only on PC doesn't even know what graphics has PS2 version.

I mostly sure that most of people who played GTA SA only on PC doesn't even know what graphics has PS2 version.
I, for example, didn't know the graphics of PS2, though I've been playing it on PS2 once or twice at friend's house But in those times, graphics weren't important for me.
Here's my another weather from that side-project I told earlier. It has a PS2 graphic reference too Every setting of Timecyc.DAT has been edited: water, lamp brightness, lighting, draw distance (i'm setting the most optimal DD - not more than 1000 to not get the texture bugs), sky, sun properties, color correction, clouds (removed on clear weather). This weather is represents the mix of GTA San Andreas, GTA Vice City and GTA Vice City Stories weathers, I have focused on these games doing this settings.

This brings back Nostalgic feelings (playing gta sa on ps2 with my cousin, in lent it with his ps2 and played it like 3 hours a day (for a 8-9 year old kid this is very much)
Best use with: set the saturation of the included enb a bit lower ingame brightness 30-40% cheat icikpyh (very sunny) stock game version Use TheD94's mod and McSims Mod together use a joypad play country missions play with speakers resolution 800*600 and 3x Antialiasing
then its near identical with ps2 version the only things that are missing are a not-crashing sunhaze effect, Helicopter Rotor Motion Blur and PS2 Car Sky Reflection (PS2 SAGFX Mod isnt working together with PS2A mod cause of the Timecyc makes the cars looking buggy)
Oh yeah. This mod really remainds me good old times. Me + my friend + PS2 and San Andreas = hours of big fun. I hope that you guys will release at least one more version .
Nice Mod. Looks well in game ! I'm using VERSION: 0.5B1. But,personally, I don't like the draw distance. It's too limited. Can you make it Rockstar default??? THANKS>

That one looks so sh*tty, looks like sh*t and blurry, but very greatly identical to GTA SA PS2! Very nice screenshots! If only we could make the game a little blurry, not that sharp but blurry, then it would 90% PS2 version! The asi mod from Alexander Blade his Motion blur doesn't look identical to the bluriness from the PS2 version.
