Is it possible to take it without dying?

I want to beat the whole game and I have a problem with #19 token,I don't want to lose all my weapons.

I've tried this,I couldn't go up there with the limo,just with cars like Z-type and Furore GT

There's another way I could make it without dying?

Edit: I got up with the limo,I'm trying to take it.

And when I take it,how I'm going back down without dying?

Edit 2: I made it,I took #19 without dying (using this method)

Nab it before the "Penal-Ties!!!" mission, as you're goin' to lose yer weaponz anyway (prison time).

Oh,sh*t that's not good at all!
I've already passed the K.F that you have to kill 20 cops in 60 seconds with uzi (wihout accept Tanks giving mission),and I died right after I passed it but,I saved anyway, and got a lot of weapons again (I finally passed no way I won't save,even if lost all my weapons). now I'll have to collect weapons again damn it!
and I already took #19 without die,I edited my post above.

If you still didn't pass "Penal-Ties!!!" mission so,you can take it with dying,beacuse anyway you will lose your weapons.
And if you still choose to use the limo trick PM me if have problems with this.
