I have used my special powers and I confirm that it is Ned Luke. Don't ask me how, I couldn't be bothered explaining why I can do this on a public forum, but I am 99.9% sure his voice pattern matches. If it's not him it's probably one of his relatives!

I'm pretty sure it's him. Go to the end of the Cheerios advert bit where he says "I've been thinking about cutting him anyhow", then listen to the trailer

It kinda makes sense that he would be the protagonist, he talks about how he wants to leave his old life and start again. Which means he could be getting on a bit in terms of age. Ned is an older guy and the character looks like an older guy too.
