I don't know about you guys but I personally think a replay feature would be quite fun.
If they don't/can't implement a video editor on consoles and only on PC again, then the consoles could at least have a replay feature.

You could save the clip and upload it to Social Club or something.

The traffic is probably the same "fake" nighttime traffic seen in GTA IV, which is fine because it looks good, even though it's very inconsistent with the actual traffic density, or lack of.
