It's just called 'SA_DirectX v1.1' because it sounds better and cooler than ENBseries 2011 HD. There is a custom timecyc, an ENBseries palette, an Tonemapping Plug-In for ENBseries (by DKT70) and the 0.075c3 Version of ENBseries. It hasn't got more or advanced features than the 'normal' ENBseries. I hope I could help you.
