Hey, I use to own San Andreas on the PS2 and I cheated alot to try and complete the game, but then I got to a mission and it was bugged because of the cheats I used.

I was wandering if its different in the PC version, will missions still bug if I use cheats?

I clicked on all the links posted and they say either
the Pedestrian riot cheat ruins your game

Someone said in a post if you use more than 500 cheats before a mission in Las Venturas it will glitch a mission where someone jumps off a roof, but then people said in the same post that doesn't happen.

But it happened to me on the PS2, I wanted to know if it happened on the PC version.

I'm not sure about the PS2, but I can confirm that the number of cheats used does not cause any glitch on the PC. You can enter as many cheats as many times as you want. The only problematic cheats are the "Riot" cheat and the "Peds attack each other" cheat. Even if you do use these cheats, do not save your game.

you shouln't use to many cheats

just use infinite health & infinite ammo cheats

Some cheats are known to corrupt your save files, others aren't. Weapons for instance, aren't..

the game bugs at the first catalina mission when you steal the truck (sorry i haven't played san andreas from a long time so i forgot the name of the mission) at the final cutscene when catalina speaks to Mr.Whittaker ,catalina kills him with the shotgun and the game stops.
then,in the mission "Madd Dogg" when you must save madd dogg from falling, if you cheated,,he will fall too early before you get the truck to save him.
that's all what i know!

depends on what cheats you use, but in my opinion yes they do ruin your game.

Try using a...
(1.) Codebreaker
(2.) Gameshark
(3.) Action Replay/Action Replay MAX.

those kind of cheats/codes will not ruin the game.
