IMO, Hernandez won't be very interesting, unless you're doing a 'Police Stories' for SA, since he isn't a criminal at all. IMO, I've always loved to see Mark "B Dup" Wayne as a main character. We only see him twice, so he's about as minor as it gets. Also, the Stories have a trend to use a lesser character in each installment, so using somebody even more infamous than Vic Vance in SAS will work. Kendl is too upright, she isn't a criminal either. And the Truth... Would you play a WHOLE game centered on the government and weed? Doesn't sound like GTA... I think B Dup is the most logical solution. Him or Big Bear.
