Still not exactly great though, is it? Seems like a rushed job, especially on the text part. You should have maybe made the font 'sharper' to fit in with the logo, as it seems out of place, plus the text isn't exactly centred that well.

The outline is very jaggy. Also, not to burst your bubble or anything, but I don't see any way to use such a huge banner in our existing awards skin. At the most, it could be used in the awards nomination topic.

I see you've blurred the image in order to reduce the jaggy edges, which has just resulted in a loss of quality instead. And the GTAF logo is really sharp and the rest is really blurry which just doesn't look good. And maybe make the image a little smaller?

It's not too bad at all though, good attempt.

Mandog, You made one hell of an improvement there. Looks very good. I bet if you used Andys first posted image to replace the GTAF image you had it would look spectacular. One minor change is also making the balloons different colors. Maybe one side blue the other side yellow as an example.
