Yeah, I'm not a fan of her singing, Celine, but she's a good person you can tell. A nice person, so you can't hate on her personally Kate Winslet is not a fan of the song, she joked about how it makes her feel like puking! hahaha
Slam you took the 2 songs awhile back that instantly popped into my head with Possum Kingdom and Cannonball...
Here are some of my favorites, some quite mainstream at the time.. but I dont mind.
1979 - My absolute favorite / most nostalgic video.. simply cant explain it.. Im guessing the video is supposed to be set in 1979 ( lol ) but now when I watch it today it reminds me of the 90s, things were a bit simpler.
No Rain - Pretty iconic, very memorable..
One of RHCPs lesser known songs, one of my favorites from them.
Haha, had to post this one...
Better cap it there for now.... EDIT: Hmmm, cant link the "Official" videos huh? That sucks... love the videos for the first 3 songs.

Yep, well, you can't deny some of the best of the era, and I can't forget those you mentioned. 4-Non-Blondes is now claimed as one of the worst, but that's TV for ya! (MTV and VH1 poking fun at what made them money in the first place!)

Alternative rock and the like from the 90s is the music I grew up with and always have and always will love. These songs in particular were big impacts in the 90s.
Some 90s songs that any brits here will definitely remember, if they were alive in the 90s for any brits in late teens - early 20s as for the americans, you may not know these, you amy not have heard them much, but enjoy the 90s of britain ENJOY BRITPOP:
First off a classic among classics, one that if you lived in mid 90s england, you are guaranteed to have heard this song, if you haven't you're in for a treat. this is the song that would go on the soundtrack for 90s england and any real 1990s efficianado will have heard this (especially if brittish)
Next up we have a name that most here will recognise, there will be songs by these guys already here. it is the one and only oasis with one of their many 90s classics
these guys may not have the international name of oasis, they are jsut as well known here in britian, and I guarantee, you have heard some of their stuff in the past parts of their songs are always used in advertising campaigns, tv shows etc you will ahbe all hears some parts of Blur in the past
Now thats 3 of the big names of 90s britpop, now we cross the atlantic to a band that every american here will know and most brits will as well. I will avoid their most obvious hit (midlife crisis) it is FAITH NO MORE!
Back on this side of the pond, we have a band that made their success in modern times, this century, but they started in the 90s, they went on to be global superstars, and this is for my money their best song on this phenominal legendary debut album released in 1999. it is the one and only MUSE with cave
