I saw the observatory was in this game too. I downloaded the hunter helicopter but it will not go that high. It looks like you can get up by a car, but the invisible wall cuts off the hill. Is there another thing to do to get up?

Oh yessh, there's one point where the hill is so low that it's possible to jump to it with the better handling cheat... and then fall through and respawn most likely at the tunnel. No way to explore the observatory, but after all there's no point...

Well in GTA 3 you could get up there by using the flying car cheat, geting in a tank, put the turnet at the rear, and keep shooting and you can fly. I got up there but it ain't solid. If you modify map files you could walk around but you need LCS for PC.

I tried using in LCS my Maverick to walk in Observatory. The ground isn't solid.

The same conflict happened in GTA III the ground isn't solid either.
