I'd like to say that I really like "Cheater" and "Good Driver" and "Here Comes the Bribe" so far.

Smooth Rider- Achieve a "Flaming Triple Insane Stunt Jump" on a bicycle.
When Crap Hits the Fan- Crash your Skimmer on land and successfully push it back to the water.
The Old Fashioned Way- Finish the Vigilante missions on a regular VCPD cop car.
A Prized Collection- Fill up all your garages with 12 vehicles all together.
Making Trouble Around the World- Kill a cop in every town/district in the game.
Action is Wundebar- Destroy every stunt Infernus you come across in "Accidents Will Happen".
Bombs Away- Blow up 10 airborne police helicopters with remote-detonation grenades.
Fight Fire with Fire- Kill Armando with a flamethrower.
Publicity Tour- Acquire a hovercraft and drive it through every town/district on the map.
