I have this problem, too. So I get disappearings after a while. The odd thing is I can play GTA IV without any problems as long as I want. So I think it's a problem with the mod. But Blaster already answered to this bug he can't fix it because he hasn't it. So let's hope that one of the other developers will get this bug to fix it.

I had the disappearings yes, everybody did in the team.

I made some huge changes in the whole LOD system, and then it was gone for every team member.

Now like half the beta testers has it, very weird.

When I use Srt I got disappearings after some playing, difference between 500mb textures and 1500mb.

Restarting the game every ten minutes just isn't acceptable, many many people will have it.
By then, CP doesn't has to worry about bad screens

Kill yourself ingame and see what happens but do it when you get a lot of disappearings

It sometimes crashes and sometimes spawns at the exact same location in the exact same situation
And why memory thing? Most have 4 GB just as me, and I do have it?

A bit laggy because of Fraps running, w/o Fraps I got pretty good playable framerates (~30fps).
